Nice find

The place although a bit dated was in nearly perfect condition! Plenty of most kitchen items, including blender, toaster ! Pool and spa were delightful, location was great for us!Water in shower of the king suite was not working, but we just used the Guest shower!The bright white lamps in the dining area and hall are a real ambiance killer! But overall the place was tastefully decorated! One chair on balcony is broken and should be removed, otherwise wonderful stay! We wanted to extend but it was booked!Thx

Last-minute change

In Tucson for spring break with daughter's college team. Originally booked a resort stay, but moved arrival date up. Before adding additional nights we checked VRBO listings not expecting to have much luck the day before arrival, but lucked out and very happy finding this property. Family of golfers so having the course view was great. Property was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Very nice neighborhood with restaurants and services nearby. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay - the Greens are in a great location close to hiking and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay.

Amazing ❤️

Amazing location. Loved the unit so much I extended my stay. It had everything I needed for a long term stay. The view of the foothills from the second bedroom was absolutely gorgeous! The size of the balcony was impressive. Enjoyed my morning coffee with a beautiful view of the golf course. I love the added activities of having a great selection of books to read and two large puzzles to keep you busy.

GREAT LOCATION ONLY NEEDING A LITTLE LOVE

A little shaky start as I was unable to locate lock box code among early emails containing a great deal of boiler plate. Once inside (my first look) the view and amenities were great. Would look even nicer if spots on rug next to dining table were steam cleaned or perhaps even needing rug replacement. Also views were hampered by windows that had failed double panes creating moisture inside glass.

Great Location

The property is in a nice location close to just about everything you need. The condo was well furnished for extended stays. We enjoyed hiking,biking,restaurants,stores and the scenery. Plan on a return trip in the future.

pleasant condo stay

Reviewer Comments: Our condo was roomy with a good array of kitchen equipment and with a nice view of a golf course. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms well supplied. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although we were surprised that there were no change rooms. The condo was dated in decor and badly needs new flooring instead of the old beige carpet. The second bedroom needs at least one piece of art! The area is far from downtown but close to Sabino Canyon where we liked the hiking!I The nearby shopping mall is convenient for groceries and we also enjoyed the Peruvian restaurant there.It was an enjoyable stay despite the cold and often rainy weather!

A wonderful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed two months in the condo overlooking the 15th hole on the golf course. The condo was adequately furnished and very quiet. We saw coyotes, bobcats and road runners from our balcony. The location is ideal. It is near the Sabino Canyon recreation area, shopping and restaurants.Jeanine and the Spectrum staff are top notch. Any problems or questions were addressed promptly. We are booked again for next year.
