The Space:
Unfortunately, one of us is extremely allergic (like, throat closes bad) to cats. Thus, cats are not permitted at this residence. Those who bring a cat that is not authorized by us beforehand, will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be applied.

The best of both worlds! Welcome to Dreamy Dripping Springs, a meticulously kept home with an emphasis on comfort and design. The location of the property is appealing to both nature lovers and city slickers, making it an easy ace for large groups!

The home has thoughtful design elements and furnishings throughout, allowing guests to instantly feel welcomed on arrival.

The living room features ample seating, a fireplace, and Smart TV with streaming options so you can tap into your favorite shows and movies. The high ceilings are accentuated by the dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a beautiful glimpse of the manicured yard outside. While admiring the view, step outside onto the paved patio and take a seat under the large tree. A gas BBQ is available for grilling prime meat cuts and seasonal veggies - you're in TX after all! This backyard is fenced in, meaning dog friends can join in on the vacation fun.

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up flavorful meals from home. Additional appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are also available for your convenience. The extended counter with 2 stools allows for extra prep space or an ideal area to serve up some drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Steps away, a small round table is perfect for casual meals. To enjoy more formal dining together, a separate dining room table seats 8.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms.

- Bedroom #1, the primary suite, is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and en-suite. The en-suite features a large vanity with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 highlights a Queen bed and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #3 is configured with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and Smart TV.

- Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Full bed + Twin trundle and Smart TV.

In addition to the primary en-suite, the home has another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a half bath to accommodate guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-The home sits on 1.62 acres, fenced in, with a gate.

-A Pack n’ Play and highchair are available for your littles.

- We are proud to say our home is accessible in many ways, however, we are sorry to say that one of us is extremely allergic to cats. We ask that you consider this prior to booking, as we will have to require an additional fee for a more specialized cleaning to avoid potential harm to us. As a note, any animal not authorized prior to booking will be asked to leave. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of our effort to be inclusive.

- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet, per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

The property is located in Dripping Springs, a quaint city that boasts scenic landscapes and unique downtown. The property is 5 miles from the heart of downtown where you can find restaurants, saloons, boutiques, and specialty shops. It’s not uncommon to stumble upon live music or a local festival while perusing the area. Dripping Springs is a lure for nature lovers as it’s known for its creeks, state parks, hiking trails, and regional natural areas. For those who want to venture out, downtown Austin is about 30 minutes away and Dallas can be reached in 3.5-4 hours.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
