Welcome to Red Rock Hideout, a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near St. George, Utah! Enjoy a private pool with waterslides, hot tub, putting green, corn hole, and a basketball/pickleball court. The game room offers foosball, arcade, and video games. It comfortably sleeps 9, with space for 11, and includes 2 pack and plays for infants. Close to Zion, scenic hikes, and amazing local restaurants. It’s the perfect Southern Utah retreat for your family and friends!


Here’s what you’ll find in our thoughtfully designed spaces:

Master Bedroom: This room features a cozy queen bed with premium linens, blackout curtains, a Smart TV, and direct access to the patio with pool and grill. It also includes a private, attached bathroom and two pack-and-play cribs.

Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen bed with soft linens and blackout curtains, a Smart TV, and stunning backyard views of the sports court, putting green, and desert landscape.

Third Bedroom: Outfitted with two bunk beds (twin over full) and (twin over twin) with quality linens, plenty of pillows, and a Smart TV, perfect for younger guests or extra sleeping flexibility.

Family Room: This open-concept space is ideal for gatherings. It has a large Smart TV, couch seating (that can be used for extra sleeping space if needed, but it is NOT a convertible sleeper sofa), a DVD player, and a record player. It is conveniently connected to the dining room and kitchen.

All of the bedrooms are equipt with extra blankets and pillows if needed.

Kitchen: This kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, pots, pans, utensils, dishes (including kids’ dishes), basic spices, and essential condiments. It also includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and fridge with filtered water and ice.

Dining Room: Open concept with the family room and kitchen, with seating for up to 12 people, making it perfect for shared meals and group gatherings.

Game Room: A fun, Mario-themed space in the garage featuring a Smart TV, Xbox, foosball table, arcade machine, and seating that converts into sleepers. Chalkboard walls with chalk markers make it great for scorekeeping! The game room doubles as a sleeping area, with extra sheets, pillows, and blankets available in the bedrooms if needed.

Outdoor Spaces: Private pool with waterslides, a hot tub, turf with putting green, a sports court for pickleball and basketball, and an outdoor seating area perfect for relaxing. Cornhole equipment and other outdoor games are available in a storage bin for your convenience.

Dedicated Workspace: A comfortable desk with a guestbook and high-speed fiber internet—the best in the area.


As our guest, you’ll have full access to all the home’s features and private spaces. This includes:

- All bedrooms, exclusively yours and equipped for your comfort.
- Private bathrooms, available only to your group.
- Our fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room.
- Outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, putting green, and firepit.
- The game room (located in the garage) has fun entertainment options just for you.
