The condo , as indicated , is situated in a highly desirable location …offering many recent upgrades. The impressive upper deck , pool , and landscaping improvements are significant…and finally offering a refurbished pool that is heated! The panoramic view from the roof deck is also one of the best in all Vallarta. As a host for this property I am very hands on , available to discuss concerns and suggestions! Nada recomendable éste lugar. La ubicación es muy buena pero todo lo demás es fatal. El Aire Acondicionado de la recámara no funciona, te lo mencionan hasta que ya hiciste la reserva y dicen que sólo se utiliza para cubrir el espacio, ya que con el Aire Acondiconado de la sala, es suficiente. Fui en temporada de calor y no, no es suficiente. La coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, no pude bañarme, contacté al dueño e irónicamente me dijo que era algo fácil de hacer, que yo podía destaparla; el huésped no debe de hacer eso, le reclamé y me dijo que podía bañarme en el área de la alberca… ¿en serio? Fueron a destaparla al día siguiente y horas después empezaron a salir cucarachas de la coladera, le dije al dueño y comentó que era normal, que iban a irse con el agua… naturalmente no se fueron. No terminé mi reserva, me salí antes, no me importa que no haya habido reembolso, fue una estancia muy incómoda.

Great location!

Reggie is a very responsive host. The location of the unit a great in proximity to the beach, restaurants and bars. Bed was comfortable and the property itself was good value for the money spent.

Good on a budget

This place is a good deal for the price, and Reggie was quick to respond anytime I had a question, which I appreciate. The condo is also in a great location, close to the beach in the Zona Romantica but still quiet. The place is a bit dated, and I found the bed to be quite hard. The internet also went out for a day at the end of our trip, but it didn't bother us that much as we mostly only came back to the condo to sleep. Overall, I was pretty satisfied.

Fantastic condo, fantastic location, fantastic time

I'm really glad I stayed here! The location was perfect for me: just the right distance to walk back-and-forth to the beach (1 block), the boardwalk, shops and restaurants, and nightlife. The condo itself was great: functional and comfy (the pictures really don't do it justice) with a rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the sun set. One caveat: the bathroom has mold. This is really common in a humid environment, but worth noting in case one has asthma as I do. The occasional hit on the inhaler and I was okay (and I'm pretty sensitive). The bedroom has a large dresser and even larger closet, complete with extra linens and beach towels! There was even an iron! (Two actually, but who's counting?) There is an AC in the bedroom, but having the windows and patio door open created enough of a breeze that I was never too warm. The kitchen was stocked with any- and everything one might need to prepare a meal. There is a patio with chairs (I never closed the patio door once the entire time I was there), but I spent most of my time at the condo either reading/napping on the couch or reading/napping on the rooftop terrace. Reggie, the owner, was really responsive and easy to work with. He took time away from being at a trade show in the states to respond to my messages! Getting into the unit for the first time is a bit of an adventure. The building is built on the side of a hill, so I had to enter from the top level and work my way down to the lowest level to get to the unit. NOTE: DON'T BRING YOUR BAGS WITH YOU ON THE WAY DOWN! It's a lot of stairs! Once you've accessed the unit and have the keys, you can enter from the bottom level through the secure gate and only go up one set of stairs—it's much easier that way. Reggie provides instructions on how to access the unit, which was very helpful. I really can't say enough positive about this place. It was the perfect respite for me during my vacation. I stayed for five days and wish I could've stayed longer. Even though I was out and about a great deal, I did spend at least a couple of hours each day in the unit, just lounging. I'm already planning my trip down for next year, and plan to stay here again! Thanks, Reggie!

Great location, nice place for 1 or 2 people

Reggie is awesome. He is a great host who always replies within minutes. The place was clean when I got there and had plenty of clean towels and extra linen. The wireless went but it started up the same day not sure why it went out. I text Reggie and he immediately replied he would contact the internet provider. While he was on the phone with them it started.

Fabulous condo in a perfect location

We had the privilege of renting Reggie's condo for 1/2 September & all of October 2015. Unlike what reviewer Denise S. wrote, this condo was perfectly equipped with plush towels, great bed linens and all kitchen utensils. The wifi worked great & always had a strong signal. The stove was the best we have had in PV & we have rented at a few different places. Because it was the storm season, there were torrential rains and some water leakage from outside wall came into the condo, but the minute we notified Reggie he had people arrive within the hour to take care of everything for us. He was so attentive and really cares about his renters. As soon as we arrived he called to make sure everything was in good shape. Thank you so much for making our holiday a great one. We highly recommend this rental, and enjoyed it so much that we have already booked for this coming fall.

Cute condo, but a very disappointing stay!!!

This was our 5th year to PV. We have always used VRBO and have never been let down before. Every condo we have rented always had fresh drinking water, toilet paper, hot water and adequate towels and wash clothes upon arrival. This place had none of these. We also were under the impression the condo had WIFI and TV. WIFI is a major priorty since international phone use is very expensive. We had to use the neighbor's WIFI most of the trip and it was off and on most of the time. The TV was broken, it didn't even turn on. The condo was very dirty and not well maintained. No maid service available. Lights had bulbs burned out, fan remotes needed batteries, silverware was old and dirty. The seating in the living room was very uncomfortable and when we wanted to just chill, we had to lie in bed to be comfortable. It was just all around a major let down. I had emailed the owner several times expressing my disappointment and he told me that I was "confrontational". Yes, I was upset. Not cofrontational. No wifi! That's a big deal. After the 4th day or so it started to work, but not as well as the neighbors. We just used the WIFI down on the beach, which worked fine. We love PV and will return next year. But never will we stay here again and I would not recommend this condo to anyone!

This apartment is the perfect location if you want to be near Blue Chairs and be in Old Town. One thing: the Key for the gate is not for 325 Amapas. Take the double set of stairs to the right of the Farmacia and the first gate to the right is what the key is for. The apartment is the 1st one to the right as you go up the stairs. There is no clock or clock radio, so bring one with you if that is important. (There is a clock on the wall that wasn't working. I replaced the battery and it still didn't work). Bed was comfortable. Sofa? so-so. Kitchen was .completely adequate. Reggie (the owner. Disregard "Clay's Apartment" on the sign at the front door. This is Reggie's place) was very helpful with suggestions. I would highly recommend this property for 1 or 2 people.

My Favorite Place to Stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Great location in Puerto Vallarta: safe neighborhood, close to the beach, and conveniently located near many restaurants. The owner, Reggie, was extremely accessible and genuinely cared about providing the best experience while staying at his property. He happily answered any and all questions I had, whether it was regarding the actual booking process or the local hotspots. As for the property itself, it is very well maintained. The grounds are kept up and not overgrown. The floors and furniture were all clean and in very good condition. Almost everything was provided: dishes, pots/pans, paper towels, etc. The internet connection the owner provides worked flawlessly. Most importantly I felt safe, secure, and did not run into any issues during the course of my entire stay. I have stayed at this property twice and plan to stay at this property again!

Our best romantic vacation in PV

The condo is really comfortable. King size bed is really great for rest, so comfy. Unit really clean and fully equiped. Really enjoyed the full slidding doors that opens up all the unit to enjoy the all day sun and breeze. The Windows on the side of the condo gives a stylish look. Owner is really opened to new ideas for the condo and bougth the items that we suggested. he sent several email to us to verify if everything was ok. The communication with him was great. The roof top terrasse with the pool is so great and the views from it are fantastic. We really miss the condo with his charm. Cannot wait to go back next year. I highly recommand it.

Brisas Del Mar Condo

Condo is in a wonderful location and has very good access to the beach. When we arrived the Condo was very, very dirty and "yuckie". We contacted the owner and within 2 days the Condo was cleaned to our satisfation. The furnishings in the condo are are old, well used and not in any way,special. The Condo Patio s not very big and does not have a view. The Pool is not heated and was very cold. On the plus side the owner seems to be responsive and accommodating, and as I have said it is a great location.

Great time in Olde Town Puerto Vallarta

This is a very, very well located condo in the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta. Across the street from the famous Blue Chairs beach and close to all the great restaurants and clubs in Olde Town. We thoroughly enjoy all the amenities this well equipped condo had to offer. The building is very secure and boasts a large pool on the upper level and a tranquil park area on the lower level. A nice safe community feel to the neighborhood.

Great time in Olde Town Puerto Vallarta

This is a very, very well located condo in the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta. Across the street from the famous Blue Chairs beach and close to all the great restaurants and clubs in Olde Town.
