Everything is very outdated, there is a bad smell of mold in the house, cockroaches are roaming around the kitchen, a big disappointment, the kitchen is not equipped with basic things and everything is dirty with burnt oil, it feels disgusting to eat in this house, most of the TVs do not work in the rooms, the air conditioners are very outdated, the showers are dirty, and the mattresses are so uncomfortable that they cause back pain.

Not a good stay

Neighborhood was not that good. Was afraid to even take a walk in this neighborhood. Beds in some of the rooms were very uncomfortable. As you walked in the house a strong mildew odor. Air conditioner unit in one of the bedrooms did not even work.Could not sleep in that bedroom as we were there.The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor in that room. Backyard outdoor area was okay.Looked very nice.Love the seclusion but the pool was another story. The pool.Was the main reason for us?Renting the shoe net and when we walked out there, the sides of the poor head LG on it.We were there for 1 week.Pool guy only came one time to clean and was therefore a total of maybe ten minutes. When asked the owner if someone would be there to clean it he said the pool guy was already there friday and would not be back until tuesday pool guy never showed up. So we had to go to the store and get our own Korean.But not sure how well that worked because the pool filter itself did not work.Just bubbled and gurgled when it did come on. Overall , I would say our stayed , there was a two out of five. I don't think I will rent this unit again.

Spring vacation in Ft. Lauderdale, Never again at this propery, EVER

Start off with, the apperance of house is not that good, inside is not that bad, but the pool heat issue was so wrong, the ice maker never worked our entire 2 weeks, water in fridge did get fixed after 2 times at house, has Ivan show up on a tuesday for pool work that we were not told, not a text or anything. around the pool was good, but around the pool pump it was disgusting, need to put a small fence around it or just clean it up, trash, used chemical bottles, pump parts that were bad, etc. the area is the worst, neighboe had fights 3 times that sent us inside, then the last day, i got shot with an air gun led while in the pool, owner and his grounds keeper would not come to the house to call the cops, did call neighbor but they told Steve kids were playing with fireworks, B.S. we left asap for a motel, to be safe, should not happen on vacation. Owner offered me 400 for all that happened, then ask if 200 was ok, were not happy and waiting after 5 text and 2 calls to see what Steve and Ivan plan to do to help us. 4/29/25 still nothing, not even a sorry letter, very bad situation.

Convenient location and splendid property

We were a family of 6 staying at Ivan’s property and it was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and the house was spacious and very well kept. Lots a great memories at this place were created and we already can’t wait to comeback.

Wonderful stay

Pleasantly surprised once we entered the home, arrived at night and were unsure about the neighborhood. The house was as pictured, simple, plenty of room. The yard was wonderful, the pool amazing and we loved the lights on the framing around the table. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet. The owner/manager was very quick to respond to any questions and the pool was cleaned at least a couple of times while we were there. The location is close to lots of stores, restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Great value. Backyard and pool were perfect. Great location close to the airport and the beach. Jo Jo’s pizza was delicious! Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Golf getaway.

Property was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. Everything is great. Close to the highway and places to shop for food/ groceries. The pool and backyard are definitely the highlights of this home. Only thing missing in some rooms were a dresser to put clothes in instead of living out of your suitcase. Other than that, excellent home and excellent property managers.

Horrid stench. Understocked. Responsive host.

I feel bad leaving an unfavourable review, but there were numerous shortcomings at this property. I have sent suggestions directly to the host to improve the guest experience (with the host's assurance that they will remediate issues), but obviously I can only leave a review based on our experience.On the positive, the host was responsive, check-in was a breeze (and they accommodated us early), and the yard was nice.Here was my feedback to the host:- Remedy the pungent mildew smell throughout the house. (We stayed in cool weather...maybe there is generally more airflow in the house? When mentioned to host, they suggested turning on air units and provided air fresheners.)- Repair stovetop so that the largest element works.- Provide adequate kitchenware & accessories, including a decent sized pot, baking sheets, 8 bowls, oven mitts.- Replace burnt out lighting throughout the house.- Provide kitchen linens. There were no dishcloths or tea towels to use - just a dirty sponge that we would not dream of using to clean the kitchen/dishes.- Remind guests upon check-in that there is a fee and advanced notice required to heat the pool.- Complete a deep clean of the front bathroom.- Repair toilet in the front bathroom. On several occasions the tank did not fill after being flushed. Eventually it would refill itself, but it was not always ready to flush when it should have been.- Water dispenser in fridge sputtered at times and ice maker does not work at all.

beau séjour

tres beau sejour en général , seul petit chose, la cuisine est mal équipé pour cuisiné pour 6 personnes et le lave vaiselle n'est pas fonctionelle. sinon les lits sont confortable et la maison est tres bien situé.
