The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.



✔ Private parking available. The driveway is accessed from Edmund street. It is the block behind us. Have some walk up to the property and walk to the driveway at the rear so that you can familiarize yourself with the entrance. **

Guests are responsible for restocking their own toiletries once the initial supply provided has been used or ran out.



Noise Monitoring: Please note that we have Minut monitoring in place, which uses sound frequency to monitor noise levels. This helps ensure a comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down, especially in outdoor areas, and maintain a low volume on music.
