The Space:

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for the whole family, with additional breakfast bar seating for casual meals.

Retreat to one of three comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a skylight that fills the space with natural light, while the two guest bedrooms offer cozy queen-sized beds. In the separate casita, kids or additional guests will love the twin bunk beds and private bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the house with exception to the garage and shed.

The Neighborhood:
Sea-Tac Airport is conveniently located just 1 hour and 20 minutes away. Nature enthusiasts will be thrilled to discover Olympic National Park a mere 1 hour and 17 minutes from the estate, offering breathtaking landscapes and outdoor adventures. Closer to home, Stottlemeyer Trailhead beckons with its scenic trails just 5 minutes away. It’s perfect for hiking and exploring.

During your stay you can also immerse yourself in the beauty of Heronswood Garden Botanical Garden, just a short 6-minute drive from the estate. History buffs will enjoy a visit to Point No Point Lighthouse. Established in 1879, it’s the oldest lighthouse on the Puget Sound and offers guided tours and rich maritime heritage.

Culinary delights await at Molly Ward Gardens, an 11-minute drive from the estate, offering a delightful new American dining experience. Meanwhile, Cedar Ridge Grill Restaurant, located just 17 minutes away, promises delectable cuisine and warm hospitality.

Getting Around:
This vacation rental is located 12 minutes outside of the Kingston Ferry Terminal. There are a few ways to get to the house. The first and fastest is taking the Kingston Fast Ferry via Kitsap Transportation. The ride takes 40 minutes and service runs Mon-Fri 5:45 AM to 6:45 PM. It's a very pleasant ride. Then you would need a taxi service from Kingston Terminal to the House.

The second option is taking the ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge either with or without your vehicle. This ferry takes 35 minutes and then the home is located about 45 minutes from the Bainbridge Ferry terminal. The ferry runs every day 6 AM to Midnight.
