Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Indoor smoking fined $500 + ozone remediation cost; lost revenue may apply.
- Layout: This unit occupies the upper two floors of a four-story duplex. We’ve added luxury soundproofing, though you may occasionally hear a muffled sound from below.
- Parking: The driveway fits two large SUVs (like Chevy Tahoes) side by side, though it’s a snug fit. Free street parking is available for oversized vehicles. Each unit also has one garage bay with secure smart-lock entry.
- Location: The property is on a main street linking Old Fourth Ward and Inman Park, so expect some extra activity during rush hours.
- Rooftop bath: Available spring through fall; it is winterized when temps dip below 40°F.
Atlanta’s nature: Known as the “city in the forest,” you may hear squirrels on the roof or see the occasional insect despite our proactive pest control.
- Art collection: Many pieces are original works. Please enjoy them visually without touching. If something inspires you, contact your host about purchasing a print or original.
- Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor only outdoor areas—never inside.
- Flexibility: Early check-in (2pm) or late checkout (12pm) may be available for $50 each—just ask!
- Rental Agreement: To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, guests may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement after booking. This agreement covers standard terms such as house rules, occupancy limits, liability, and responsibility for damages.
- Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be. Regardless, you can drop of your luggage at 4pm.
- Late Check-Out: Standard at 10 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction.
- Unauthorized Pet: $450 per pet + damages
- Quiet Hours: 9 PM-9 AM; failure to comply results in a one-night fine.
- Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
- Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.

Hi, I’m Ami Pierce. I live in Atlanta, GA with my partner Casey and his daughter. I am an avid traveler and have visited 54 countries and counting.

I’m also incredibly passionate about designing and building beautiful homes. It was a hobby for most of my life until I realized it could be my career. I recently hung up my hat in corporate to become a full time entrepreneur. My first ventures have been in launching three properties I built and designed for rent to my guests. I’m so excited to get to share my homes that not only look great, but feel amazing with others. Getting to hear people’s excitement during and after their stay fills me with so much joy. I imagine it’s kind of like how an artist feels when someone is touched by their work.

I've lived in the Atlanta area for 24+ years. The Old Fourth Ward neighborhood emerged as the hot new, transiting scene around 2015. I moved there with a friend in 2016 and completely fell in love with the neighborhood - it's so walkable, the vibe is great, and there are so many fun things to do and yummy restaurants to try. In 2019, I spotted the land for sale - it was just a couple blocks from my apartment. I took a leap of faith and decided to put in an offer. Another bidder beat me to it so I thought I had lost the property for good. Five days later I received a call that my backup offer had been accepted and I was thrilled to be able to bring the vision for this property to life.

I designed and built the property from the ground up. Every single item in the house is a reflection of me and the experience I wanted to give my guests. I'm an incredibly sensitive person so I design my properties to be soothing to the nervous system - every little detail has been considered. It's also been a spot that several Hollywood stars have called home during filming in Atlanta. :)
