Our family of 5, all adults stayed in this beautiful home for a birthday celebration weekend and wine tasting. The 3 bedrooms, (all en-suite) were fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, as we cooked one evening. We loved the stunning ocean view right from the living area and wonderful balcony looking right down onto the beach. There is a hot tub on the balcony, but we didn’t take advantage of it. We loved that there was beach access right from the home with the steps and handrails. We spent two days in Paso Robles wine tasting, and one day in San Simeon and Cambria. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely stay here again. Communication with the property management office was good.

Great house, beautiful location!

Sooo relaxing with the surf and the hot tub on the deck. Hiking trails out the door, also a bonus. We all absolutely loved this vacation and the whole area and the beautiful town of Cambria.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at this location twice now and each time it's been a very positive experience. Everytime we visit the central coast for wine tastings along Highway 46, we book a stay in Cambria as it really feels like you're taking two vacations. You are booking this place for the view of the Pacific, as you have a deck that looks directly over it. It's a great set up for a "couples" get away as there are three bedrooms with each bedroom having their own bathroom/shower. Note - not all the rooms have a view of the ocean, so you might have to draw straws! The master suite has the best view and with the windows open, the sound of the pacific rocks you to sleep. It's very peaceful. The house itself is well maintained and clean. The furniture, beds, kitchen, bathrooms are all acceptable, along with plenty of plates, glassware, pots and pans etc. The Pantry is sparse with there only being salt/pepper, coffee filters and some toothpicks. So if you're planning on cooking, know that you'll need to get everything (sometimes VRBOs have a decent collection of spices in the kitchen from guests that have left things etc. this place does not offer that.) The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker. The Fireplace worked great...we would turn it on in the morning as we were drinking coffee. The Hot Tub also worked well. Just give yourself time to let it heat up as it takes a little bit. The house is located right next to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, which a very cool nature preserve that has walking trails for your morning steps. We walked every morning and saw all kinds of different wildlife, from deer, to egrets, to sea 's a very neat feature to have so close to the house. The house also has a stairs that lead down to a beach. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a world class view along with a relaxing vibe.

View is Spectacular!

We had a small business group getaway and loved this home. Spacious, comfortable, very clean and ocean views from almost every room. Just loved it.

Ideal Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again. The property and location were everything we had hoped for and more. There were several small maintenance items but nothing that impaired our stay.

Amazing views and comfortable home

We have a wonderful time at Sandy Beach. The house was very comfortable and well-suited for our visit. We couldn’t get enough of the views and the sound of waves. We loved the access to the beach especially.
