We have a jackfruit and mango tree in our compound and hence the name "Jack of all mangoes". P.S. We're open to your suggestions in this regard and we would give you credits here if you find us a better one.

The house is run by my parents, Raju and Beena. Dad is a retired govt. servant from the CAG department. He served 36 years, a bulk of it in Mumbai, 3 in Washington DC, 4 in Delhi before a happy ending final year from Kochi. Mom is a retired Accountancy teacher and she taught for 23 years in Asmita College, Vikhroli, Mumbai. The home is their blood and sweat and we hope you love visiting us here. They're excited to host you here in their latest venture and we would be happy to help !

Living area (1st floor) : Double bed
Common area (1st floor) : Sofa sleeper and TV

Hall in ground floor, L shaped with 2 + 2 sofa seater and a dining table that seats 6

Kitchen in ground floor with all basic amenities including stove, utensils, gas connection

Covered terrace in second floor with European toilet bathroom and washing machine and ropes to hang clothes

All 4 bed rooms have air conditioners, have fans and are ventilated with net windows available. We recommend closing other windows since mosquitoes are aplenty in the evenings.

There is no power backup and in the often unlikely events of power cuts we have kept emergency battery LED lights on both floors.

Washing machine is available in the terrace.
We have a working kitchen with basic utensils.
For people wanting to cook and source groceries Moolans supermarket is located 350 meters away.

Terrace is covered and is airy in the nights.

We can arrange meals on request and also provide cab services for any
purposes (tourist or personal or airport / railway station pickup drops).

TV is available in the first floor (Kodak 29 inch smart TV) with some apps installed. Airtel Fiber WiFi is available.

We are open to long and short stays. Housekeeping is done on request.

This is a residential area and hence not suit for parties.

Please avoid loud noise from TVs at nights, especially after 10pm.
