INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- You will have full access to all of the amenities of the home!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. The grill is hooked up to a propane line.
- Guests will be required to supply their own firewood for the fire pit.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.
POOL HEATING:
Guests will always have access to the hot tub and sauna. The pool is ideally open from Memorial Day – Labor Day (Late May to early September) - open & close dates are somewhat subject to weather & season!
If you would like to add pool heat (up to 82-85 degrees), you can add it for $30/day or $180/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The filter and heat pumps run from 7AM - 9PM, and it will take a few hours to warm in the AM. In a cold snap, the heater may not be as effective, and we do not issue weather related refunds for heating.
