Extra Parking
This home features an oversized parking pad accommodating 5 cars in front of the home, no other home in the community has this feature.
**Cars parked on the street, sidewalks or yards are subject to fines or being towed**. There is also extra parking on Shiva Loop near the clubhouse and on the south side of the clubhouse parking lot that is available on a first come first serve basis.

Also, please note that trailers of any kind are not allowed in the community, not even to unload.

$250 FINE for smoking or vaping in non-smoking areas, the only areas where smoking is allowed is on the front porch or outside the rear pool screened area. This home is protected by a commercial fire/smoke alarm system that can detect even a trace amount. The system will notify us immediately if a guest tampers with a detector and in such a case the guest will be fined.

*This home features extra parking as there is no parking on the street, sidewalk or in the grass. The community has a strict towing policy.
*Pool/Spa heat can be added at an additional cost of $60/day plus 13.5% sales tax. Pool heat will not be refunded if the weather drops below 55 degrees.
*BBQ/Grill that can be rented at an additional cost of around $100/week.
*Baby Equipment Cleaning Policy: Guests are responsible for cleaning any baby equipment (including but not limited to high chairs, cribs, strollers, and playpens) used during their stay. All equipment must be returned in a clean and sanitary condition. If any baby equipment is found to be unclean upon checkout, the guest agrees to pay a $50 cleaning fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. By completing a booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts this policy.
