The home was clean, the ceilingfans need a good clean. Everything was good except the homeless society everywhere around the facility. We had a couple staying on the outside of the bedroom of the facility with obvious issues. Very loud and crying. I know the renter has no control over this. However had my husband not been with me i would not feel safe.

Cozy, not cozy. IMO too much chemical cleaning smell. Bedding very old with too much lint attached to sheets. It was quiet. Outside lighting for a single female was unsettling.

Minimal amenities. Minimal linens. Floors are slick and there are no rugs to prevent falls in the bathroom. No hangers in the closets. Very few bed linens for 2nd bed/ pullout couch. Overall, it sufficed for our needs, But would not recommend for greater than 1 or 2 day stay.

My stay was absolutely terrible. It was a nightmare and unexpected for someone who wanted to simply recover after an auto accident and have a stable place to go to school every day as I am a student.The listing was advertised in the title about WiFi yet I had to contact the host multiple times for the correct password n ended up giving up cause he failed to give me the correct one (if a Wi-Fi box was even present LOL). He had also advertised that laundry machines were available on the property, however he had also failed to get me the key to the laundry room .Next I had to deal with German roaches which I killed myself. The mattress of the “bed” he claims to have is completely sunken in at the top half, and was unbearable for someone in a recent car accident to have to sleep on. CRAZY. As if those weren’t as disgusting to deal with like the dirty kitchen appliances/items, AN INFESTATION OF FLEAS were my final welcome to this horrid stay from HELL.My skin has been eaten/tore up from the fleas infesting his condo, and it was highly unhealthy/unsafe to stay in due to this reason.To top it off, the very hospital host decided to fraudulently again hit me with a smoking fee as if his fraudulent rent price of a week staying in his condo wasn’t enough for his greedy fraudulent self.Vrbo has been doing a terrible job at tending to these issues as well.

This property was filthy. There was hair everywhere on the pillows on the couch in the tub in the sink etc…. I had to leave this property early and go reserve another room due to the uncleanliness

Needs more effort in cleanliness

The location was central of all the things we wanted to do so that was nice. The neighborhood was quiet & a gaited complex. We felt safe. When we arrived the condo was hot; it did not have central air like we thought & no one had turned on the window ac units. We turned them on & left, it was cool when we got back. No biggie. The big complaints we have is about cleanliness & the beds. Other people’s hair grosses me out & there was plenty of it; on the floor, couch, in the linens, etc. Seemed like someone had mopped without sweeping first. 2nd complaint; tenant knew we were having to use the pullout couch. It was broken, and when we pulled the cushions off it looked like no one had vacuumed/used the couch in a very long time. There were a lot of crumbs & trash under there. The 3rd negative was the beds. The master bed had a rock hard mattress. The first night we didn’t sleep much at all. My boyfriend’s back was killing him the next day so the next two nights him & 1 kid slept on the pullout bed cross ways because if too much weight was on the head side it would collapse. Overall the property has great potential. It just needs more thorough cleaning & new mattresses/pull out couch.

Excellent rental!

This was a very nice property. We weren't expecting this quality for the price! We were waiting to live into a home and staying at hotels were so hard on us. This property was a breath of fresh air and made our situation so much more Batesville!
