Welcome to Villa Nestun, a newly built villa ideal for those who love the northern lights and the beauty of nature, accommodating up to 12 guests. For larger groups, the lower-level apartment can be included to host up to 18 guests.

The villa offers free parking and Wi-Fi, with 240-degree panoramic views of mountains and fjords, heated floors throughout, and spacious terraces that surround the property, creating an exclusive atmosphere—perfectly situated in an area free from light pollution for ideal aurora viewing.

Inside, you’ll find a large, modern kitchen, six bedrooms (including two family rooms), and a grand dining table for shared meals.

The property includes a main unit with six bedrooms, accommodating 12–14 guests, and a smaller unit with a separate entrance, two bedrooms, a sofa bed, bathroom, and kitchen, which can sleep six. Both units can be reserved together for groups of up to 20 guests.

- Guest Access
Guests will have full access to 300 square meters (3,229 sq. ft.) of private indoor space. The property sits on 5,000 square meters (53,000 sq. ft.), providing ample space to roam, explore, play in the snow, view the northern lights, observe local birdlife, fish in the summer, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. Our lovely sauna can be rented at an additional cost; please let us know in advance if you're interested.

Additional Information
- We offer sleds and snow mats for winter play, so everyone can enjoy the snow!
- Electric vehicle charging is available for an extra fee. If you require this, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the dedicated charging cable. Charging from standard power outlets is not permitted.
