- PARKING IS LIMITED: One standard-size vehicle only.
On-site parking is shared and available on a first-come basis.
Parking is for registered guest vehicles only and operates on a first-come basis. Unregistered or additional vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- No trailers, boats, RVs, or oversized vehicles.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: A $500 fine will be charged
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests
- An initial “starter” supply of toilet paper, garbage bag, paper towel is provided.


The booking guest must sign a renters agreement before checking in. The renter's agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.

Guests are given one parking spot. Sunrise Motel is not responsible for theft or damage. No visitor vehicles. No unregistered guests allowed. Pineapple Cove Vacation Rentals LLC is not
responsible for theft or damage while parked on site.
