The main entrance greets you with an open living floor plan with a kitchen made for a chef. Enjoy the family time while preparing your favorite meals, relax in the modern comforts or utilize the desk for all your work needs and trip planning. The main floor offers a full-size laundry room, one full-size private bathroom and two private bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen size bed and the other offers two twin beds.



Take a stroll downstairs to the large family entertainment room with smart tv, board table with games and gas fireplace. Located on the lower level, you will also find one private King size bedroom with one full size bathroom.



Red Maple Tree Cottage has central Air Conditioning for those unusual hot days in Montana and Electric Heat for those cool nights. A gas fireplace located in the family room downstairs is also available for your enjoyment. If cooking outdoors appeals to you, there is also a bbq grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.



Parking available for up to two private vehicles. Other vehicles can use street parking. 



The downtown area of Columbia Falls, West Glacier and Whitefish has an active working railroad line.
