The Primary suite in The Breakers 44 provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of beach activities. The second bedroom is well-appointed with two full-size beds and another flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay for additional guests or family members.

This condo is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a family dinner. Two parking passes are allowed with your reservation They are $33 each. Your parking pass(es) will be located on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

The best! I’ve stayed in other condos at the Breakers and this is my favorite. Everything was great. Nice clean furniture, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Hoping to stay here again next year!

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and nice! Top notch! The location was perfect as well!! Walmart and stores basically across the street. I like that the facility was smaller so there wasn’t a wait for the elevator. Parking was easy and convenient too!

Our condo was everything we could have wanted for our family of 4! It was clean and well stocked! The condominium has very easy and close access to the beach. There are many wonderful amenities close by such as multiple grocery stores and restaurants. We plan to stay in the same condo again next summer! Highly recommend!

Just Right

Unit was in small complex which was a HUGE plus. Right on beach excellent views. Not one thing about the whole place was negative Honestly, we’re not complainers about accommodations. But some people just look for the tiniest things to complain about. I DARE someone to find something wrong with this rental. Modern and well decorated Will definitely be going back

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful and well maintained condo. Very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach is amazing. We will definitely be back again. The Orange Beach, AL area is a lot of fun.

Great place!!

The place was very clean and ready for us, I was impressed. The unit is newly remodeled and was just as it is in the pictures. Very centrally located, could not have asked for a nicer stay!

Family Vacation

We vacationed for spring break with our three kids, 5 - 7yo and the Breakers 44 was perfect. We loved the location right on the beach, the condo was so comfortable and made a great home away from home for the week.
