Gran Casa Frente al Lago Ejecutivo
This Beautiful large home has 4 bedrooms,2 baths, Jacuzzi tub and NEW HOT TUB !. NOTE: Summer months July n August the HotTub is NOT avaiable.
It is a perfect fit for large groups or 2 family needs for a comfortable stay.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and en-suite bath which has a beautiful corner Jacuzzi tub & large shower stall stall. This bathroom is located on the main floor off of the main living room area.
The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed in it.
The basement has the games room and 2 bedrooms & a 5 piece bath.
The 2 large bedrooms have 2 x double bamboo top beds in each of them and one room has a single bed also.
The games room has a pool table, ping pong table & a fooz ball table.
This home has an open concept Muskoka room in the upper level. A large basement walk out to a 44 x 12 ft deck and the NEW HOT TUB installed in Sept 2025.
This Fall & Winter 2025 /26 we have added supplying partial linens, We supply comforters during winter months Only., We DO NOT SUPPLY Pillow or Towels. Kitchen Towels and clothes along with dishwasher soap is supplied by us.

NO BED SHEETS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED
Summer 2026 we have very limited OPENINGS, if you would like to inquire about a stay please inquire by Feb 1st. By Feb 1st our regular return guests may choose to not come and OPENINGS become available. Family reunion OPENINGS 2026 July 5-11 is OPEN ( up to 40 Guests)
SPRING fishing we have many groups, if you want to organize or inquire about a group fishing trip please do so my March 30, 2026. We can accommodate up to 40 persons and have rental fishing boats and package pricing.
March Break & Winter 2025/26 we offer FREE to use our Snow Shoes (4 of), and Cross country Skis and Boots. There is a small toboggan hill on or property and we do also have some sleighs you can use. The lake freezes in Late December and we have shovels you can use to build an ice skating area. Ice fishing is good out front of the home and if you are an ice fishing person bring your gear to fish, we do not have ice fishing gear.
The home has a private fire pit area on the lake. we supply the 1st load of wood for free and then they are $15 for each load.
Do Not Transfer bait or wood to our property. It is illegal in Ontario and if you have either we will confiscate it and destroy it. We can supply bait or shop locally there are suppliers in Restoule and Trout Creek on your way to the cottage. It is also illegal to transport bait in Ontario.

We choose to be in the near north Muskoka North for many reason. Quiet sunsets and great fishing along with many other outdoor activities. Wildlife flourishes and deer and moose are always seen throughout the year.OH and bears too, but they're hard to find.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
We are a small 4 unit family property with an exceptional water front. We face west for great sunsets and our shoreline is shallow sandy walk out. Great space and safe for children.
Each cottage has a private fire pit and nice lakefront privacy due to the mature landscaping of the property. We are small,but have a full service established property, free water toys and rental boats are avaiable.
