Enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire house and all its amenities for a truly comfortable stay. With a smart lock and Ring security system, you'll have secure, convenient entry and peace of mind throughout your visit. Everything you need for a seamless, relaxing experience!
Other things to note

HOT TUB:
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there is no discounts or refunds.

Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.

No diving in the hot tub. No glass in or near the hot tub. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.

If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.

PETS:
• Max of (2) pets not weighing more than 50lbs.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
• $30/pet per night (for stays 5 days or less)

You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.

PARTIES & EVENTS
We DO NOT allow parties, receptions, or events.

Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. No excuses.

If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.

By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.


Important Information Before Your Stay:

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

A rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before check-in.
