Our building, The Charter at Beaver Creek, offers every amenity you would expect of a fine hotel. The resort just completed a spectacular $22M renovation. This is unsurpassed Beaver Creek lodging.
Exquisite furnishings, a just-completed major renovation, and a spectacular west-facing mountain view make our unit one of the most sought-after in the area. You'll enjoy knotty alderwood cabinets, polished granite counters, wide-plank ash hardwood floors, a spectacular wood-burning stone fireplace, stunning bathroom tile artwork, leather/chenille seating, and a balcony. A 55" OLED 4k TV with Dish Network, streaming capability, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and B&W Speakers, help ensure your experience will be memorable.
You'll appreciate being located on the same floor as the main lobby as well as four-star dining at the Charter Steakhouse (check for seasonally adjusted hours at https://chartersteakhouse.com). You'll be steps away from the elevator to the complimentary health club complete with indoor twenty-meter saltwater lap pool, outdoor saltwater pool, one indoor and two outdoor saltwater hot tubs, steam rooms (closed in the summer), dry saunas, fully equipped locker rooms, four stationary bikes, two treadmills, one elliptical machine, four weight benches, a variety of free weights, and more. If you're looking for relaxation or had a hard day of skiing or hiking, there are spa services available at Elevation Recovery Spa (elevationrecoveryspa.com).
Need rental ski, snowboard, or snowshoe gear? Charter Sports is conveniently located just down the hall. A ski valet service is also available for your convenience.
Beaver Creek Village's famed shopping, dining, performing arts center, and family ice skating rink are just a five-minute walk away. As an alternative to the short stroll, our building runs a complementary private shuttle for our guests. It runs every five minutes to reach the Centennial lift and the village square (Vilar Center escalator). The shuttle also runs once daily to the grocery market (no need for a car).
Do you golf? With twelve golf courses near Beaver Creek and more on the way, this high-altitude destination has come to be known as a golfer's paradise. Players of all abilities will find a golf course and an experience best suited for them. We are located right next to the famed Beaver Creek Golf Club, open May 7 through October 6.
It's no wonder that golf is a favorite activity in the summer. With so many courses to choose from, you could spend your entire summer vacation golfing the best courses in the Vail Valley and still not play them all!
For those not wanting to rent and drive a car, there are several transportation options beyond those offered by The Charter. The Village Connect app may be used for free on-demand transportation services within the Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Arrowhead communities. For those flying in, the Eagle County Airport (EGE) is only a 39-minute drive away, making it far more convenient than flying into Denver. Both public and private transportation options are available between EGE and Beaver Creek, as well as throughout the Vail Valley.

We came for Easter, and the Elkhorn lift was still open. You can ski right from the back of the building to that lift. The building is beautiful. It has 24 hour front desk and a great coffee machine. There’s also a restaurant and breakfast that was quite delicious. The village was a 5 minute walk. Location is wonderful The actual unit is on the same floor as the front desk and right next to charter sports. Very convenient. We did hear a little bit of noise in the hallway, but nothing from about 9 PM on. Definitely will rent this again if we come back to Beavercreek."

It was recently renovated and the furnishings are too notch. Staff is excellent and easy access to beverages like hot choc and coffee and water. We loved the main level location of this condo for easy in and out, close to Charter Sports shop. The condo itself is beautifully decorated with all the tight homey amenities and perfect view of the mountain!! Loved looking out each morning to see the snow covered mountain and views of the lifts. I could go on and on but we would absolutely book this condo again! Thank you for a perfect stay!"
"This property exceeded our expectations. First, we had to request a shift in our vacation due to our daughter's horse show that was scheduled after I had made our reservations... SO thankful it worked out because we LOVE this condo. It has a beautiful view, two spacious bedrooms, and a kitchen that had so many amenities we felt like we were family visiting. The location is nice, the shuttle literally runs every 15 minutes (easy to load your ski gear and hop on) during the day and if you want to walk to the village, it's a nice stroll- maybe 5/6 mins from the back door. I enjoyed the spa, my husband and daughter enjoyed the large indoor pool and hot tubs. We felt close enough to the action in the village, but just far enough away to relax. The town shuttle runs to Avon, Lionshead and into Vail. Nice to be able to shop around for a day without Uber expenses...we didn't rent a car, didn't need it. All you need is within walking/shuttling distance. Thank you again, we talked on the airplane ride home about our return. :-))))"

"Spent Christmas with our daughter and her boyfriend at this beautiful condo. Love The Charter location as you have all of the amenities of a hotel during your stay. The front desk was so helpful and welcoming. The Steakhouse on property was incredible food and service and so convenient. Also, just down the hall you can rent all of your ski gear, again, so convenient. The only downside is the ski out lift was not in operation while we were there. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have stayed in a rental so thank you for that! Shuttles were very 10 minutes and so friendly. A win-win for us and we would definitely stay again here!"

Our family has been in Colorado Springs since the '90s. We've always enjoyed doing all the classic Colorado activities like skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and mountain biking. This condo gives us amazing access to doing all of those things. Being a host allows us to share all of that and more with our guests.

Our family discussed buying a ski property for years. We finally found the one that felt right. Beaver Creek was always our favorite ski resort. The village and the mountain both have an active, energetic vibe without being overly crowded. The Village has so many amenitities for guests. Anything the village doesn't have is only a short drive or shuttle ride away in Avon.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This condo has a breathtaking view of the Strawberry Park slopes and all the nice furnishings a guest could want. It's centered above The Charter's event/wedding area, which should tell you how great the view is. Note that the area is only open when there is an event, which makes it peaceful. Within The Charter, it is quite possibly the best location of all the units. It's located on the hallway between the lobby and Charter Sports, but not so close that guests can hear the activities in either.
