All was great! Path literally steps away that leads right into town. Close to both Red Mountain and cross country skiing.Property had everything we needed.

Host was a realty service apparently - you are told not to contact the upstairs people. This is a basement suite and there is a lot of noise from people walking around upstairs. Otherwise it's clean, there's a laundry, bed is comfortable. It's right on a golf course - that's great if that's your thing - otherwise its a drive to anywhere - store, town, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for noting the cleanliness, comfortable bed, laundry, and the location on the golf course. Just to clarify for future guests, the listing states that this is a newly built walk-out basement suite, and some sound transfer from the upstairs living space can occur. I am the host and manage the suite professionally; while I do work at a local real estate office (Century 21 Kootenay Homes), I am the primary point of contact for guests, and guests are asked not to contact the upstairs owners directly so any concerns can be addressed promptly. The suite is located on the 1st fairway, which many guests enjoy for the peaceful setting and views, though it does require a short drive to town and nearby stores, as outlined in the listing. I appreciate the feedback and will continue to use it to improve the guest experience. — Darby
