The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an en-suite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The room was immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable. We did ask for an additional blanket which was delivered immediately. We stayed in the Flagler Room which is downstairs. I don't know how many other guests were there but we only heard footsteps a couple of times so it was very quiet. The location was off the main strip far enough to be a quiet street but we still walked most everywhere we needed to go and only got an uber a couple of times. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: we had a great time, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. coffee in the morning on the front porch was nice. the location was great. the only issue was parking but that really wasnt an issue since we didnt drive our car the whole time we were there.

We had a nice large room, and bed. It is located close to shops, and nightlife, on a quiet street perfect for chilling on the large porch with comfy chairs. Would stay again.

This trip to Key West was a first for both myself and my husband. The Inn on Fleming and its amenities made it all the better. The Flagler room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The common areas were well stocked and easily accessible to all.

Great location and a lovely restored home. The common area was fabulous, with a full kitchen, eating/gathering area, and a small plunge pool. Room was nice but needed a few repairs. Bathroom vanity was worn and needs replacing. The appearance of some small bugs was disturbing but quickly addressed. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location is within feat. From a Duval loop bus stop, which made it really easy to get around without a car. Our rental car rarely left the parking spot on the street.

Perfect location, easy biking distance to duval street, very clean/well maintained, far enough away to be quiet. Huge room with new decor, coffee maker. No free breakfast per se but daily oranges in the kitchen area were nice! Small pool and reasonably shaded sitting area outside also very cool. Innkeeper available by phone/text with prompt responses - recommend specifying daily or other room service (not routinely provided) for future stays. On site bike rental for good price a major bonus as this is the best transportation in old town Key West! We'll be back!

We were able to walk or take the trolley to most attractions. We arrived early and if the room is ready they will let you know and you can get in early which was really nice. Room and house were clean, house was beautiful, kitchen area nice. Bed was A little soft for me but not bad. We did the Yankee Freedom Ferry and could walk there.

Reasonable walk to shops and restaurants. Coffee supplies and purified water were available, soap, shampoo, etc. Requested extra pillows and they were dropped off promptly. Hardly ever heard any other guests. A/C and fans worked great--an absolute necessity in FLA. The host was quick to respond to texts. Would definitely come back.

Separate air conditioning unit, modern bathroom, retro small frig and coffee maker. The community kitchen was fully stocked with beverages, yogurts and breakfast items. The front covered porch was large and comfortable. The back yard was private and the soaking pool was refreshing. I would definitely come back. The location was convenient to all major areas in the Old Town District.

Things to consider

If you need a LATE checkout it does not exist here. Find another listing. I wish I did. When we booked it said it was a possibility. Listing said they had secure luggage storage. That does not exist either. Communication was a huge issue. Texts to get help went unanswered. TV in our room NEVER worked our whole visit even with repeated requests. Missed college football playoffs. Internet was spotty or just did not work. Request for soap to wash hands in the bathroom and new pool towels got a quick response. Liz tried her best to make things right and was kind but there was just too many issues to count. Landscape contractors right outside our windows for three days straight. We were never notified contractors would be on property. Overall the house is in a great location. We could walk or bike everywhere from here. Very clean. Happy hour was a delight to unwind on the porch. Continental breakfast was nice to have in a pinch. Check in was an easy process as was check out. Our room photos were accurate.
