Nestled in residential South Philly and near all local attractions, our recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment boasts a conventient location to Center City, local sporting stadiums and events. Step into a relaxing space with a deluxe queen bed, a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV, and a bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet. Hang out in the backyard under the privacy of the gazebo. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like high speed WiFi, smart HD TVs, washer and dryer, and central heating & air conditioning. The serene atmosphere of this beautiful apartment will make your stay truly enjoyable. Easily access all that Philadelphia has to offer when you stay at our place. If you have a 3rd guest in your party, we can offer a foldable mattress with extra linens to sleep in. For security purposes, note that there are three external cameras on this property - two out front (doorbell cam and above the front door) and one in the backyard above the rear door.

This space was well-kept and had good layout for being narrow. Nice patio space out back as well, and pretty safe part of South Philly. Tony communicated well if we ever had questions. Would recommend to anyone staying in the city!

Fantastic location and a very comfortable apartment. Impeccably clean and very well appointed, many thoughtful touches. We had a great stay here and highly recommend!Two notes: if you are a light sleeper, pack ear plugs just in case, though we didn’t hear much street noise at all. If you are very tall the bathroom might be a little tight.

Great stay

I absolutely loved my stay! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had so many thoughtful little details that made the experience even better. It’s clear the host put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. Communication was excellent and very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I’d definitely stay here again!

It's the Small Things

The location was perfect for me. There was a coffee shop across the street and a market on the corner. It was within 1 mile of multiple South Philly cheesesteak spots. The walls were thin, but a white noise machine and earplugs were available. The outdoor space was a welcome addition. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive.

Cozy and comfortable stay with easy check in and great host. The space is small, but cozy and well organized / laid out. It's perfect for 1-2 people but could accommodate a third, especially for shorter stays. Would be a great weekend getaway or business travel spot. Location was perfect for us and host is a great communicator. A few notes on the space to consider when planning your trip: 1) as noted in the listing, the apartment is not very accessible - 2 small steps to get in and as seen in the photos, hallways and bathroom are very narrow 2) Tall and/or larger travelers may find the bathroom uncomfortable (toilet is very close to the wall and shower is small with an angled ceiling) 3) if you're driving, parking is tricky! Plan ahead and give yourself extra time (especially in midsize or larger cars), but the area is very walkable once you're there and rideshares were reasonable 4) bedroom is on the front side, facing the street. We didn't find it particularly loud, especially at night or on the weekends, but if you're sensitive or a later sleeper, bring earplugs!

Great stay! Check-in was easy and host was very communicative. Room was clean, tidy, and graciously well-stocked. Host provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was appreciated. :) There is a washer and dryer on-site which we hadn't noticed in the listing so that was a pleasant surprise!! Room has a full kitchen so if you want to cook that's very much an option. The location is within walking distance of cafes and restaurants though (South Philly is swimming in them!), so we mostly ended up stocking snacks haha. Grindcore across the street is fantastic and affordable for a quick breakfast bite, so check it out! All in all we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks so much for an amazing stay.
