Perfect, perfect, perfect!! Very clean and the space was just perfect for my family with grown children and pups too!! The hot tub, fire pit and secluded property with private pond made this the perfect family weekend getaway!! The house is well-decorated and feels cozy as soon as you walk in - hubby and I were in master with private bath and a great shower. The hosts were easy to work with we are already talking about our next trip to this property.

Lovely Stay

The house was very nice, clean and felt very secluded and private. The pond right outside the door was lovely, especially since the leaves were turning while we were there. The fall colors were spectacular, and we saw a flock of turkeys wandering by. The shower in the primary bath was wonderful, as was the whirl pool in the yard. And the bed was very comfortable. One down side was that there wasn't a place to unpack and put your clothes; no dressers, no empty closet. Since it was just me and my husband, we each used a spare bedroom to put our stuff, turning them into our dressing rooms. But if you're there with more than two people, it could be a problem.

Perfect fall getaway

We stayed four nights at this beautiful cabin with our adult children. It is very comfortable and well equipped for cooking, hanging out, sitting in the hot tub, and exploring the area. Livingston Manor is a charming town, and we took advantage of the Neversink Gorge hiking and biking trails. There was plenty of room, with comfortable beds and probably the best shower I've ever used in the primary bathroom. The property feels very private. We highly recommend this listing.

Lovely Getaway

Beautiful home, just like the pictures. Lovely open kitchen, dining table, leading into the living room. Outside view with pond can be seen from couch! Enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space. Comfortable beds and a thermostat in each room was a big plus. Nearby trails and shopping. Big TV for rainy days.. which we had and nice fireplace . Couldn’t ask for more!

Monticello/Thompsonville home

Overall definitely satisfied. Bathrooms and bedrooms overall clean, spacious, comfortable to stay and "live" for a short term. We stayed in August. There are AC units in 2 of the bedrooms and the master bedroom has a large AC in the actual bathroom, so we kept the bathroom door open to allow cool air to circulate. However, there is no AC in the combined kitchen/dining/living area. The small fan in the corner of the living room is insufficient to cool the main rooms. Would recommend owner invests in a AC wall unit to cool this area. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. Loved the books and games for my kids. Grounds are beautiful, woodsy, and secluded. Moss Lane is not really a lane, more of a stone driveway. Overall 4+ rating.

Private, Relaxing with nature

This home was amazing. It was very clean and spacious and had an amazing view of the pond and forest. We used the hot tub every day, relaxed on the deck while grilling and had a great time by the campfire. The kids enjoyed fishing where we caught 7. Overall, this was one of the best places we stayed at.

Pleasant repose on Moss Lane

Lovely little cottage tucked against a green pond sanctuary with moss-filled woods and trails for a Bethel Woods concert visit. The interior was newly constructed, well appointed and the 3 A/C cooled bedrooms were perfect for our group of 4. The master bath had a fab shower, plus 2nd guest bathroom was clean and bright. We used the kitchen a bunch, (well equipped for chef and foodie types) and had bbq grill dinner in the amber-lit outdoor patio - which was so clutch/cute! Of course the hot tub was awesome, with colored lights and great jets blasting your muscles. We had the fire pit and smores toasting - wonderful yard with lots of grass to roam (bring bug spray for outdoors - we got bit up!). Just a fantastic lil place rain or shine. Highly recommend!

Serene Catskills Escape

Tranquil spot tucked away in the Catskills. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked for cooking, outdoor activities, or game night. Hot tub, grill and pond were well-appreciated. Would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway from the city.

Delightful

Perfect oasis for a nature and reading retreat. I also really appreciated the fully outfitted kitchen - I made myself some lovely meals to enjoy in this home and easily found everything I needed. I was there in a heat wave, so it's notable that the window units cooled the bedrooms well, but the main living areas were a bit warm. The evenings and nights were comfortable. Host was really responsive when I had an issue with the lock. All in all, I loved my stay here.

Bucolic and Private

My family loved our stay at the cabin by the pond. The house is spacious, super clean, super uncluttered and has everything needed for a relaxing weekend out of the city. We had rain almost our entire stay but still able to enjoy the hot tub & the peaceful views of the property. We look forward to staying here again especially when the weather is nice and we can take advantage of the property & pond. Definitely recommend!

Great Cabin

We really enjoyed the cabin, pond, and property grounds. The house was clean and not cluttered, which was a bonus when you’re with a toddler who will grab everything, so it was easy to “childproof” the home. The wifi was excellent and the home was well stocked although we brought lots of things with us just in case. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would gladly stay here again.

Girls weekend

Overall, we loved the property! It was quiet and serene. It comfortably fit 5 people and had everything we needed. This really is the perfect place to sit back and unwind with friends and to play games when nights get chilly or hop in the hot tub to warm up! Space was clean and had clean bedding and towels available.

Beautiful House, Wonderful Stay!

This was a perfect house for a quiet few days away with friends. The house was clean, freshly updated, and comfortable. We spent many hours out in the hot tub looking enjoying the beautiful view. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing house, oasis in the country

Absolutely magical. We booked it to spend some time working remotely, getting fresh air, and getting away from people. The house is perfect: it's super cozy, private, immaculately clean, and spacious. It has great water pressure and hot showers, a comfy couch, a modern kitchen (air fryer toaster oven!!), really comfortable beds, tons of private land to hike through, a private lake, a grill, a hot tub, a nice patio to have meals outside, a fire pit, lots of places we could each work from, fast wifi, great sunlight throughout the day, and at night it was so dark we could really see the stars. We were a short drive from a bunch of restaurants, the casino, the Hawk's Nest lookout, a lot of trails, and not far from Storm King and Dia Beacon. The hosts were really responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait til we can come back.

We wanted a city escape that was nearby some great golf courses, a concert venue, and a hip town with great restaurants and breweries.

Between the private pond and 17 acres of wilderness you feel like you're in a different world just 2 hours away from Manhattan. Sitting in the hot tub in total peace and quiet with the sounds of nature is better than therapy. We also love to grill and sit by the fire at night stargazing.
