This newer townhome was very nice to have versus being in any area hotel. Definitely bring any items you may want or need as the "basics" are very limited. The parking of townhome owners, and their cars, was troubling to us. Cars parked all over the place and very tricky to even get back on the main road. Home was very well maintained for sure!!

The property was not as pictured in the VRBO site. I specifically booked this property near my son's house so that I could cook part of the Thanksgiving meal. Three days before check-in I received an email stating that if I was cooking I would need to bring my own pots and pans, spices etc.. It also did not indicate that we were bringing a dog, even though I had discussed it with the owner thru messages. Upon check-in I found that even though linens and towels were included, there were only 4 bath towels for 5 people. Fortunately one of our party could not come last minute so at least we each had a towel. There was the bare minimum of kitchen utensils and associated essentials (pasta strainer , measuring cups and spoons and other things in a basic kitchen.There was a serious lack of furniture with only a 3 seater couch in the living room, 4 stools at the dining room table and no other chairs anywhere! There was certainly room for chairs in the living room and each of the bedrooms.Then after check-in I got a message that the dog fee was due. There was no previous mention of a fee for the dog. I messaged the owner about the lack of amenities and asked if he would consider waiving the extra fee for the dog, which he declined to do. Of a safety note, when I opened the back door there was a wood barrier fence at the bottom of the opening and no stairs or platform below. If we would have needed to evacuate through the back of the house it would have been extremely dangerous. More

Don't be fooled by the lack of landscaping on the property. While the property looks a bit unkempt, this is a beautiful, very clean, exceptionally well-appointed townhouse just minutes from Atlantic City. Was perfect for a short stay and far less expensive than booking a hotel in Atlantic City.

Overall, the stay was really good. The home is pretty spacious and comfortablu fit everyone in my group. The beds were a bit too firm, and there wasn't anywhere to sit outside. A little patio set would be great. Overall, very nice place. Close to Wawa and about 15 min from ac casinos

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and convenient for our 8-day family vacation. Just 15 minutes from Atlantic City and 25 from Ocean City. Nice kitchen and living room area. Comfy beds. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher all worked well. There were a few things that could be improved. Mainly the showers - both showers have very high pressure and the curtains provided allow water to escape the shower/bathtup areas, leading to water on the floors. we also found there to be a slight lack of hot water, as there wasnt much hot water left before it turned cold after my kids all showered and bathed. No back deck. There is just a locked door there with wooden bars and no deck. Also no TV in master bedroom. A couple of the door stoppers were loose/missing. Overall pretty good, 4 out of 5

This is a well maintained home. My only critique is the lack of seating in the living room. Other than that, this home is clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice stay

This place is perfect if you want to attend an even in Atlantic City but don’t want to stay in the city. This neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was Walmart and Wawa nearby and also dollar general! The place was nice and clean and cozy. Thanks again !
