Con estilo de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños casa cerrada en 1 acre. Esta elegante casa está llena de luz natural, hermosos muebles y acabados. Planta principal tiene una sensación de apertura grande, con techos abovedados (sala de estar, comedor, cocina, sala de estar) con vistas a cuatro juegos de puertas francesas hacia el patio trasero. Patio trasero tiene un patio con barbacoa, piscina, gran zona de césped donde las actividades al aire libre se puede disfrutar. Vistas del Monte George, árboles y vides. La propiedad se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche del Silverado Country Club y por la calle de Napa Valley Country Club. Además, sólo 5 minutos en coche de Trancus Road, donde usted puede encontrar todas sus necesidades de la ciudad grandes (objetivo, hospitales, alimentos integrales, Trader Joes, ets.). Ubicación y estilo son los dos gran cosa acerca de la propiedad ... muy cerca de todo con un país sensación muy aislado. La propiedad también cuenta con: dos chimeneas, 60 pulgadas de plasma en la sala de estar, 40 pulgadas de plasma en el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal tiene una bañera profunda, ducha de vapor, balcón con vistas a patio trasero de una d Mt. George. Otros 2 dormitorios cuentan con camas queen size con un baño completo en la planta principal. Esta propiedad está diseñada para una experiencia tranquila y relajante en el Valle de Napa y no es propicia para un "ambiente de fiesta". .

The house and property were just as described in the listing. Wonderful home and exceptional backyard and pool. Our group really enjoyed our stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful Property

The inside of the house is beautiful as well as spacious and comfortable. The outside is also very inviting and relaxing especially to sit outside in the evening with your friends and family and enjoy some delicious Napa wine!

Napa Jazz Fest

We attended the jazz fest at Silverado, which Is about 2 miles away. Palmaz vineyard about a mile. House is gorgeous with an over the top patio, pool and view. Kitchen well equipped and the furniture and art are way above norm. Host came right away when AC was on fritz and it was repaired within hours. Just a great experience.

Wonderful place to spend time with family.

Patty was a wonderful host and the house is a beautiful, open floor plan with plenty of windows and sunlight. It is located in a peaceful, quiet setting, and the backyard is very private. It rained while we were there, so we weren't able to use the pool, but we can see it would be an awesome place to spend some time poolside. The master bedroom is very private, and the two other bedrooms share a clean bathroom. The home has convenient proximity to retail, town, and many wineries. We really enjoyed our time. ~Mary Jo

Absolutely beautiful home and property!

My girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and very nicely furnished, and had just about anything you could need! The pool was fantastic as it was incredibly hot while we were there. There were a few small things missing from the home that would have been great to have such as dishwasher detergent. There was also a book that gave a lot of information about the appliances and such in the house. However, that book was not updated with current wifi information and getting a hold of the owner to get the proper information was very difficult. Also please note that the cell reception while you're there is very spotty so having clear wifi info in order to check emails, etc was even more crucial. I would advise that the owner do a refresh of the guidebook that goes with the house that includes more up to date information as well as some additional details about where to find things. Everything else was basically perfect. :) Would definitely stay here again!!!!!!

We had a great time coming from the Netherlands and East coast in this beautiful house for our son’s wedding , we had an unexpected extra guest and Patty was very gracious about that however ....the house is not really set up and prepared to be a VRBO home , it looked like the family just left in a hurry before we came in , the only empty space was the refrigerator, freezer totally full , medication in kitchen drawers etc., There was no space in the bedroom closets or bathrooms or drawers for our belongings ( we came for 8 days ) they were just totally stuffed with personal belongings , baby toys , diapers , shoes in the drawers etc ,it made it almost uncomfortable at times . The lights at the pool ( beautiful) are going on at night around 12 PM ( timer ?) it makes it hard to sleep in the master bedroom since there are no curtains that block that light . Hopefully this comment will be taken as helpful to the owners it would be a fantastic VRBO property ones all the personal stuff is cleaned out before paying guest move in .

Over-rated and not worth the $$$

The cost of this rental is deceptive. As a client, you would expect some high-end or at least working appliances and decor. This was truly not the case. Upon arrival, we noticed a foul smell coming from the washing machine - there was standing water sitting in the bottom of the machine which was very surprising given that the housekeeper was just there at the home prior to our arrival. The owner was contacted and requested to stop by; we agreed however never appeared during our 3 day/2 night stay. There were several appliances/devices that are either not functioning or malfunctioned (e.g., washing machine, coffee maker, the sound system). The kitchen faucet leaked at the base all over the counter following each use. There is unfinished work in the bathrooms and around electrical sockets - just not finished, quality upgrading overall. The sofa in the TV room is dirty (stains) along with the very used limited blankets in the TV room and the master bedroom. And then lastly, the pool is not heated and this was very disappointing. The two stars are associated with the location.

Not price reflective.

We were not feeling real great about what we paid per night for what we got. I have pictures of issues, not and it would have been good to mention the master bathtub was broken. I am a bath girl and part of what I look for when I go out of town is a nice bath tub, so to find out yours was broken was very disappointing. Second big issue was the ants. We are very clean yet there were ants all over the kitchen counter top each morning and when we got back the first night and there was not even any food other than your cornucopia (which we had to throw the fruit away that was rotten in it) and your pantry had hundreds of ants crawling around as well. Broken disposal, broken washing machine. Dirty qtip in master bath, air filter needs to be changed, diaper in plant outside, ripped up chair out on patio. I can deal with “tricky doors and understand about water usage when on a well, but At the price we paid things should have been impeccable. We chose your space based on your description and at this time your description is not accurate.

Perfect Napa Getaway

We stayed with friends for a long weekend stay. The house and pool was fantastic. The owner was very communicative and hospitable. Highly recommend. Hope to stay here again in future.

Great property with terrific views!

This was a fantastic home for a girls weekend! Patty was a terrific host and made sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The pool was warm and welcoming and the property was private and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Nestled in the hills

Lovely time in wine country

This house is so ideally located with easy access to the Napa and Sonoma areas. The host is lovely - she also runs an Inn in town, so hospitality is very much something she does professionally and very well.

Awesome Napa Place

Perfect getaway during shelter-in-place. Great location, great house, and awesome backyard with nice pool, etc. Did lots of pool time, grilling, eating outside, etc. Really enjoyed staying here and enjoying Napa. Very quiet street, neighbors have small on property vineyard, big vineyard just houses down. Close to Napa River trail for biking, etc. Just great.

Patty was very nice and her home is beautiful.

The home was beautiful with a big beautiful backyard and a nice clean pool. Location is everything. The home was 10mins away from downtown Napa about 20mins from Yountville. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. You really do feel like you in the middle of wine country. Patty made wast to contact, she answered all our questions and even reached out a day in advance to see what time we will be arriving. She let us check in early and walked us through the whole house.
