- Lower‑level bunk room: three twin‑size bunk beds, ensuite bathroom with walk‑in shower.

Game room

The lower level is a hub of entertainment with dual PlayStation 5 consoles on side‑by‑side TVs, a Nintendo Switch on an extra screen, arcade games, a racing simulator, a NERF battle station, dart board, board games and other wall‑mounted activities. It’s designed for relaxed mornings and lively evenings, keeping everyone engaged when the weather turns cooler.



Outdoor living

Even in winter, the outdoor spaces feel inviting. The private heated pool, available March 1 through December 31 and kept at a minimum of 80 °F, offers a warm swim as temperatures dip. A hot tub overlooks the forested surroundings, and a wood‑burning fire pit gathers guests under the night sky. Multiple decks, including one heated, let you step outside for fresh mountain air whenever you wish.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equips you to prepare meals with ease, complemented by indoor dining areas perfect for shared breakfasts or dinners after a cold day out. Coffee lovers can choose between a drip coffee maker or a Keurig each morning.
