Escape to this gorgeous, brand new, professionally decorated, home in picturesque Marco Island. You and your family will enjoy relaxing in the heated infinity pool and jetted spa. Listen to the cascading waterfall as you unwind with your favorite cocktails! Plenty of lounge chairs to sit in the “beach end” of our tropical oasis or on the lower patio where dolphins often visit! Observe stunning sunsets on the spacious lanai while enjoying your favorite sporting events or shows on the outdoor TV! 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds (Primary is fully adjustable and massage enabled) and 2 queen beds, along with 3 breathtaking bathrooms.
The primary offers dual shower heads and a separate soaking tub. High end mattresses, linens and pillows abound to make your stay supremely comfortable. A fully stocked chef’s kitchen and an outdoor Grill station make meal time a breeze. There are flat screen TV ‘s in all the rooms. 3 car garage and driveway provide ample parking. Capistrano Ct is a quiet, palm tree lined, oasis.

Just wonderful! We booked this home for a mother/daughter spring break trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well stocked home with all the details of travel carefully thought through. We enjoyed watching the dolphins & manatees from the back porch! Such a treat! Highly recommend this home if you are looking to rent in Marco Island.

Outstanding home. Newly renovated with high end finishings throughout. Super comfortable master bedroom with great linens. Kitchen well stocked with everything. Wonderful pool area with westerly exposure and beautiful sunsets.Owner was a pleasure to deal with. In short, I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Magnificent

We've stayed in a lot of really nice properties through VRBO over maybe ten years and this was easily the best. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the lanai and pool looking over the canal and toward the setting sun was spectacular. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals, the beds were very comfortable and the house was well supplied with towels, etc. The hosts were great, good communication about the stay and very easy to work with.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home!

We loved our stay - we were there with another family. Enjoyed taking in Marco but loved having our own home to come back to for Sunset swims. Our kids took full advantage of the pool and hot tub while the parents had happy hour overlooking the canal. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities we were looking for -great kitchen, outdoor kitchen/hangout spot, beach supplies (toys, rafts, beach bags). We plan to come back!!

Amazing home and location! First time in Marco island, and this home did not disappoint. Was looking at some hotel options, but the house was a much better value with much more space - more than enough room for our family of five. Within minutes of everything on the Island, but secluded enough that we had lots of privacy and quite. Outdoor space and pool are amazing and provided amazing sunsets! House was amazing and Terry was super responsive and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend!
