This condo has 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths, plus a separate Bunk Room & Can Easily Accommodate 8 People Max 6 adults and up to 2 additional children for a total of 8 guests)

Fun stay in Panama City Beach

I liked the condimenium. I ended up loosing my 250 damage deposit due to owner saying we damaged a door knob, threw away the mop(was outside drying on balcony), left place smelling like fish, and cabinets doors sticky. I would have contested part of this if we had not been 30 minutes late getting out due to full elevators and not having time to sweep again. (Swept and mopped Wednesday - left Saturday). Probably will not stay with this seller again.

VACA FOR FAMILY OF 8

It was nice...Not enough towels. We had to buy towels and face clothes so we all could bath. Only 5 towels and 4 face clothes in room. Not enough seating for all 8 of us to sit and have dinner. I wouldn't recommend this for a family of 8. Owner can't help but elevators are awful, out of order a lot and slow. And we had an unexpected expense of over $100.00 for parking garage for the week and for wrist bands that cost &100.00 each to replace. That was nuts.

Vacation 2023

The condo itself was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The location is convenient. Some of the staff at Laketown Warf were rude. They also need a sign on the beach entrance stating that it will be locked at 10 pm. We got stranded on the beach and had a very difficult time getting off of the beach. If you get the chance, I highly recommend eating at The Warf buffet. Absolutely delicious.

Great room

Host is great. We needed assistance and she was quick to get someone out. Lots of pots, pans, baking pans. Lot of cooking utensils, silverware. Plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Will stay here again!

Ok Experience

Our condo was perfect, it had nothing to do with that. The resort itself is what the problem was. Elevators were horrible and you couldn’t walk anywhere without smelling marijuana. We had to leave the pool because of it. Children should be able to swim without illegal drugs around them. Once again, the condo was perfect.

Family spring break

Very nice condo and great location! We had a little trouble with the check-in process as the instructions we received told us to check-in at another location. Once we called the property manager we got the confusion cleared up. The elevators were a little slow, but it was a very busy week with lots of people on spring break. We also had a slight issue with the dishwasher and garbage disposal, but once we contacted to property manager, they came right out and fixed the problem with no extra inconvenience to us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! There were lots of activities to do close by for all of our kids with verying ages from 17 to 3.

Very good place

Location is very close to Pineapple Willy's and condo itself is clean and well kept. Our only issue was that the AC was blowing hot air but that might have been a one time thing

Would return here.

Condo and location were both nice. It had close easy beach access and Walmart was right across the road. The walkway to this condo door has views of the pond and we could watch karaoke at the outdoor seating area of one of the restaurants below. The balcony was roomy with a beach view. Only recommendation inside the condo was the carpet desperately needs replaced. Kitchen had everything we needed. We used the beach rental chairs, but noticed their are a couple beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys we could have used. We did end up buying a couple extra cheap bath towels at the store so that all 7 of us had our own bath towel to use. Had an issue with the check in process upon arrival and VRBO only tried to contact the owner 1 time before telling me we were scammed and they would TRY to rebook us somewhere else. I immediately personally contacted the owner and she responded immediately, was wonderful, was currently in communication with VRBO, and told us how to get in. Turns out all the confusion was due to a change in property management after we booked and we somehow never got an updated check in/ check out process email. The front desk seemed very annoyed with me the next day when I asked how to contact the property manager to find out gate codes and the check out process, but they did get ahold of them for me. I think that was all a one time fluke and I would definitely recommend this property.

Beach Fun

The only thing that we did not like was how far you had to go to get things from the car to your room. The condo is beautiful. the view was fantastic.

Great place!

Our time spent was great, the owners were amazing to work with and the location is perfect! The only thing I will say is to make sure you take COMPLETE inventory of the entire condo of any previous damages and purchase the insurance. We are very thankful we purchased it for a small price due to an unknown accident!

Simply Amazing

I love this property! It was beautiful! The decor was to die for. Very spacious. The owner Stacy was the best, so warming and welcoming. I will definitely be renting with them again when I visit panama city beach.

Beach weekend

Everything was excellent except for our late check in. Security did not realize the door code was in the arrival pack. So there was some confusion about that at 1am. Otherwise all was great!

Beautiful Beach Views
