From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 20-minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks at the Balboa Pier. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is a new arcade and other amusement rides. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley.

There is no Laundry on site. The closest Laundromat is 0.7 Miles away on 30th St.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.

- This Apt. does NOT HAVE ACCESS to the patio as it belongs to apartments 1 & 2 on the ground floor.
-There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of $399/each plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit)
- All public hallways and outdoor spaces are monitored by security cameras. There are no security cameras inside the Apartments
