Invierno, primavera, verano y otoño, encontrará que esta casa de Sunriver tiene todo lo que necesita para tener unas excelentes vacaciones. Con capacidad para seis personas cómodamente, esta casa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, 1670 pies cuadrados, totalmente amueblada, está ubicada entre el centro comercial Sunriver y Fort Rock Park. Un paseo muy corto (5 minutos) a la nueva piscina, área de trineo y anfiteatro (SHARC).

Esta casa cuenta con un plan de piso abierto con techos abovedados, toneladas de luz natural con muchas ventanas grandes, aire acondicionado, chimenea de gas, bañera de hidromasaje privada (nuevo en 2015), suite principal en el piso principal, excelentes vistas al área común, loft con tv, bar húmedo con mini refrigerador, ¡y mucho más!

Exactly as described, extremely well-stocked with everything for a perfect family vacation. We’ve stayed in many Sunriver homes and this was one of our favorites. Hope to return soon!

Fabulous place to stay! Jonn was very easy to communicate with and even helped us move dates when plans changed. This place has one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an VRBO. Beds were super comfortable. Location was fabulous — easy to bike to SHARC and the Village!

Great location in Sunriver

We really enjoyed this house in Sunriver! Quiet location with trees off the deck and close to the SHARC and village. Bicycles were in good shape and a great way to get around.

Amazing for families

Best Sunriver Stay Yet!

I grew up in Central Oregon so we visit frequently and try to hit up Sunriver at least once a year. This is by far the best house we’ve stayed. Clean, peaceful, well appointed, and relaxing. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was very clean, and the natural light in the home was amazing. Lots of room to relax inside or outside, and a table fit for a large group. The owner was great at communicating though we didn’t need anything while there. We hope to come back to this home in the future!

Family vacation

This was the perfect spot for our annual Sunriver vacation. Private circle with easy trail access to Sharc and the Village. We loved curling up in the blankets for lounging in the morning. Hot tub time in the evening. It's an exceptionally well stocked kitchen -- there's even an air popcorn maker! We will be back!

Great spring break location

We had an excellent stay for the week. The house was perfect for our family. We were able to enjoy the pool both inside and outdoors, as well as the bikes and sleds since we had a range of weather. We had a great time.

Great house and location

We had a great stay. There were 5 of us. The layout of the house is great and feels very spacious. The location is also great as is within walking distance from the village, swimming pool and park. We enjoy walking and were able to do various loops starting at the house. Of all our stays in Sunriver, this is our favorite house.

Fabulous Home!

We were looking for a smaller property just for the 2 of us. We were a part of a larger family reunion. We had never used VRBO before. If all owners are like Jonn it will be fantastic!! From early commuications to the end he is very responsive!! The home is an open concept. From the kitchen you can see the the dining area down into the living room. All rooms are furnished comfortably. Its an easy property to keep clean and tidy . Many cleaning products are provided. The kitchen is stocked with high end cooking ware. There is also a supply of spices. Really. you won't be disappointed! The location was terrific, close to circle 3 and a backroad to Sharc made this property even better!! We hope to return one day!!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as shown in the pictures. The home is very well taken care of and everything is in great, working order. The hot tub was a hit with my family. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot!

This was our 2nd stay in this property. We never book the same place twice, but this spot is just too perfect. It is well appointed, comfortable and a great proximity to everything. The garage has multiple bikes for use, plus sleds and various balls. I highly recommend.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at “quiet street”. Having the master on one level and the other bedrooms on the 2nd level were great for privacy with 2 couples. Loved the location on a quiet cul d sac away from roads with cars. Loved how private the hot tub area was. The bed in the master was comfortable (a big plus for my husband who has had 2 back surgeries). The kitchen was well stocked. Only negatives if I’m being picky, is the shower in the master is the smallest I’ve ever seen. We could barely lift our arms to shampoo our hair without hitting the sides of the shower (but it did have excellent instant hot water). Loved the lounge chairs outside but the cushions were so thin, we had to add extra cushions to not feel the metal from the chairs underneath. Didn’t find the seating in the living room at all comfy, but some people like big soft leather seating that you sink into. Overall, a great place to stay.

Perfect winter house

The home was very comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect for our family of 4 with 11 and 8 year olds. Loved the updated and bright space, gas fireplace, nice hot tub, games, crock pot, bar and furniture that was comfortable and in good condition. Would stay here again including in the summer.

Home away from home

This unit is a great find! Location is great! We hiked, Biked, golfed and fished, the driveway held 3 trucks and a 18’boat! House is very clean and well laid out! Kitchen well stocked, all bikes worked well! Weber BBQ received good use! Setting feels private. Everything was taken care of, good communication! Highly recommend!

Wonderful home

The home was even better than expected. Furniture and furnishings were great. Kitchen was equipped beautifully, with excellent dishes and other kitchen equipment. The home was very clean. It was a beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and bikes. Thanks for giving us a beautiful place for our Sisters trip.

Always a wonderful stay

This is our third year staying at this house and it’s always a great time. The house recently received some upgrades and it’s looking better than ever. The new appliances worked great and the flooring was perfect. The owner is always quick to respond and easy to work with. The hot tub works well, the views out the back are serene, and we make great memories here. My family loves this house and the location and we plan to continue coming back.

Our family of five stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Quiet street but close to everything. We were able to bike easily to the village with our kids. Very charming house as well!

location and spacious

This place is just a couple minute bike ride to sharc, and a few more to the village. We only used 3 of the 10 or so bikes in the garage and they all worked great. We rode to fort rock, lodge, stables, also to the river by Harper bridge. I wasn’t sure how dated the property was based on the pictures, but was happy to find the countertops, backsplashes, flooring and carpet looked recently updated. Appliances looked newer too. Plenty of space for family of four with 8, 10 year olds, plus grandparents in their 70s. The back deck looks out to a wooded area which was quite peaceful and gets shade in the pm. Beds super comfy. Owner super quick response when I forgot door code.

Best rental in Sunriver

We loved this rental. The house is well appointed, including spices, comfy beds, nice couches and bikes. The location is quiet, yet close to everything. The house is more updated than some we have stayed in at Sunriver. Would definitely rent again!

We have been coming to Sunriver for years and have found it to be one of our favorite vacation destinations. We are very excited for Sunriver in recent years with the renovations of the Sunriver Village and the new addition of the SHARC.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we realized how much we really enjoyed Sunriver, we decided to purchase a home. We looked at many homes and once inside this one, we found what we were looking for. We really enjoy the open floor plan with the vaulted ceilings and serene common area just outside the living room. The master on the main floor is great since the upper floor (two bedrooms, loft and a bathroom) is where the kids hang out. We like that our street is off the beaten path and that our location is just a quick walk to the new SHARC and 15 minute walk to the village.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our home is situated to take in the wildlife views of the common areas out in the backyard, whether it is when the snow is falling, birds/squirrels are feeding on the rocks and feeders, or the deer that frequently stop by.
