Close to everything! Host is extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was immaculate at check in and the check out process was easy. No complaints and would absolutely book again!

Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and the freeway. The house had all the things you need in the kitchen. No fault of the owner but worth mentioning....construction is taking place behind the home so noise begins at 7am and ends around 3. The house is also dark inside due to the proximity of neighboring houses. However it helps in keeping the home cool in the summer months.

Desert Ridge shopping is right around the corner a bike ride if you wanted. Lots of things to do or see and restaurants to eat. Quiet area with a lovely backyard

Nice home with great location.

Home was very nice and clean. Convenient to Desert Ridge shopping and restaurants. 101 is less than a mile so getting around the area was easy.

Wonderful Property

Very nice house in a convenient location (within walking distance of the Marriott Desert Ridge, Wildfire Golf Courses and the Desert Ridge shops and restaurants and only a mile off of the 101). Newer property. Very clean. Plenty of room for our foursome. Quiet street.I would definitely return for future golf trips.

To start off with, the house is very comfortable with plenty of room and TVs in every room. Our stay was three weeks long, so having plenty of room to roam was awesome. Now, for the part that we were very disappointed in. There were hand soap bottles in the kitchen and the bathrooms, they were all empty. There was one trash bag, three rows of toilet paper for a four bedroom home. The dishwasher was loaded with dirty dishes.The master bathroom shower had a used foot scrubber in the shower and a used bar of soap in the drawer. This is just gross. In the hall, bathroom in the bath, there was a used shower cap in the shower and the shower curtain looks like it has not been cleaned for years. Black on the bottom of the shower curtain. Not sure the toilet in the hall bath was cleaned, it had toilet paper in it and was unflushed. The sliding glass door going out to the backyard did not lock it only had a stick on the bottom to keep unwanted people out. There was no instruction book to welcome and give instruction on how to operate things in the home. Such as tvs, garbage removal and what to do when it was time to leave. We have stayed in several vrbo's and never had this kind of disarray. Did reach out to the owner and was told that they don't supply toiletries.For entire stay, even though I am paying for three weeks and would think that I would get a supply like a person staying for one week or two days. They did get back with me after a few hours, and they brought some things.

A short rebuttal to this review is to check our multiple reviews on this platform and others. This review shows somewhat an unappreciative guest. Home is always properly cleaned, so I will not give any validity to these claims here which when I stopped by the property, guest never substantiated. Complaining that we did not have a laundry list of to do items for guests at check is ingenious. Each bathroom in the home always has about 3 rolls of toilet, you simply need to open cabinets, and yes, we provide starter items for stays. Longer stays generally are for guests to address as needed. Yet, we did go and buy a complete 24 roll of toilet papers and other items for guest and yet, I see a complaint here which simple tells all there is to say.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Phoenix and felt completely comfortable throughout our visit. The house was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spacious and tastefully furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Even for our three-week stay, everything we needed was provided.Communication with the host was always friendly, quick, and uncomplicated, which we really appreciated.The neighborhood is well-maintained, pleasant, and generally quiet. It’s also very convenient that the Desert Ridge Marketplace is just a short walk away. There is currently some construction behind the house with work taking place during the day. However, since we were usually out and about, it didn’t bother us much.We stayed here as a family of four adults and two young children and had a fantastic time. We would happily return anytime and highly recommend this property.
