100% would return!

Loved the ease of walking down to the beach. The view from the condo is incredible. The porch dining table was so great for coffee in the mornings. Lots of seating in the living room as well for movie night. Spacious kitchen to cook meals. Restaurants less than 5 minute drive away. The multiple showers was so helpful for end of beach day. Had a great time!

Great place

This place was nice. I stayed here with my sister and 4 nieces and 1 nephew ages between 4-15, they all loved the place especially my 4yo niece. It was really nice that it’s not a huge building with a lot of people, it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes making really easy to relax and watch the little ones. The covered parking space that was at most 20 feet from the door made it really really nice the one day it rained. Kinda selfishly don’t wanna recommend this place for fear it wouldn’t be available the next time I visit. But I definitely do recommend this room

Overall had a great stay here. Wonderful having 3 bedrooms for 3 of us. Smallest bathroom shower head needs some work - very hard spray and not movable Loved the wrap around balcony

We found the place we’ve been looking for!

This property was perfect for our needs! All king sized beds, two walk in showers, well equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished and extremely clean! Loved the fact that there are only two units per floor, making access to the elevator very quick. My husband and I loved the easy access to the pool and the beach. We are 81 years old and that was important to us! We have finally found the perfect condo that we have been looking for and we will be back for sure!

Excellent rental!

This condo was perfect! Very spacious, super clean, comfy beds, great location, huge balcony with a beautiful view of the beach, quiet (never heard any of our neighbors), and great communication with DaJa View Property Mgt. My family would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was so spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Also very clean and nicely decorated. Balcony was large and had plenty of seating. Well maintined. Great place to stay.

2023 Beach family getaway

This condo was great. Communication with property was great too. They let us know on our drive down that we could check in 2 hrs early. Condo is huge and views of the beach were great waking up to each day. Beach area in front of condo was not crowded at all plenty of room to set up camp for 2 umbrellas and 2 canopies It was very clean. Had all kitchen utensils we needed and even more for the shrimp boil we did during the week as I forgot my big pot at home and they had 3. Master bath was great too with jetted tube and shower with jets. Took alittle time to figure out what all the knobs did in the shower but once we figured it out it was nice. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family who want to travel in a group that want there own bed and bath. Plus plenty of room to have your own space and not fill crowed. Would book again for our next beach trip with or 3 families (6 adults). Parking was nice to have a covered spot and 1 extra non covered if needed. Though parking lot is small and tight. Hit up Gabby’s Dolphin and Snorkel tours. The guides we had were great. We went in the morning and they found us a pod of 6 dolphins that we observed and stay with for awhile. They then took us to a good snorkel spot.

Everything I expected

Very nice condo, really spacious and clean. Stayed for a week with wife and two kids, 12 and 14. It was great for them to have their own rooms. Location was great with an incredible balcony. Definitely recommend.

Such a beautiful condo and beach view!

We loved the visit, the condo, and the return to The Gulf! We plan on returning sometime in the next year or two! The condo is beautiful with a fantastic and large deck! The couple of times that we had a question, the property manager answered so quick! We highly recommend this property!!!!!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean, beautiful view, right on the beach, and away from the crowds of the heart of the city. Only complaint is that the thermostat kept defaulting to 68 when we set it. It was cold after a day at the beach!!

Perfect beach get away, beautiful clean condo!

The property was beautiful and private and just what my family was looking for. The condo in on the 10th floor had all the immenities we needed as we enjoy cooking each night. We loved the small # of units as the beach was very nice and relaxing and not crowded. Gorgeous beach views! I would definately rent again here. Large condo and 3 King beds and 3 baths was perfect, but the master bath was my favorite. The walk-in shower was amazing! The only downside was the one day the elevator was broken and we had to climb the 10 flights of stairs a few times with all of our beach items having to remain near our cars. We wish it had more parking but we found a nearby lot to rent for our 3rd vehicle also.

Lovely view, beach, condo and will return.

I was nervous going to PCB on memorial Day weekend but this was wonderful. In front of the condo there was plenty of space on the beach, never packed in. We did not have a problem with traffic but we only left by car once. We walked to get ice cream and walked to miniature golf. Parking was ok since we had parking passes. The view from the condo is magnificent and the balcony is so peaceful. There is a perfect sized outdoor table for dining on the balcony. The master bedroom and bathroom are breath taking, huge, 2 sinks, a powder room, jacuzzi tub, you could even fit a pack and play in the walk in closet easily. The other 2 rooms are ok. I would suggest they put up black out curtains in the other 2 bedrooms. The east facing bedroom- the sun rises so early and my children were awake as soon as the sun was up since it was so bright. The other bedroom's window looks out to the front hall/entrance where the lights are on all night plus you get some early sunrise. Lastly the 2 other bathrooms need hooks for wet towels, bathing suits, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was great, wish I had this kitchen at home, and had almost everything we needed (needed an extra large pan for sauteing meat/ vegetables). The garbage disposal didn't work but when I contacted the property management they were on it quickly. We had a tiny issue with parking but the Daja rentals was also very responsive and helpful with this. Overall an amazing vacation that I would do again.

Beautiful view from the balcony!

We spent 5 nights in this spacious condo. It was a great place. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever food preparation you might want to do. One thing to note - no washer detergent is provided so you will need to bring some if you plan to do laundry.. The beach is easy to access and not crowded at all. Our favorite part was the view from the 10th floor - both inside and from the balcony. We spent lots of time relaxing outside. We didn’t have any problems other than figuring out how to work the tvs (directions would be helpful). We liked that it is very secure place. You need a code to access everything. It’s not a big complex so there was never a wait for the elevator. We would definitely stay here on future visits.

We just wrapped up a week in this property. It is an amazing place to stay. The property was clean and quiet, the beach directly outside was the same. Never had a wait for the elevator. I would highly recommend this unit and we plan to be back here for our next visit.

Great property!

We liked the condo building being smaller. It made it so easy to park/get in and out/hit the beach etc. Larger properties will walk you to death. It was nice to park in a gated, covered & assigned parking space. We could be in our condo in under than 5 minutes. We could be on the beach in less! Our unit was perfect. Very clean! We enjoyed the balcony in the early mornings and evenings. If we decide to vacation at PCB again, with no hesitation we will stay again!
