Located in walking distance to Stadium, short drive to Armature Works, Busch Gardens, International Mall and many other destinations. Located close to all major hospitals. As a veteran vacation renter I highly recommend this place! It is a really cute place that’s clean and comfortable. The host takes of their guests and is incredibly responsive. Honestly I’m a bit picky and I found this place great. It’s also a really convenient area to get everywhere in and around Tampa.

House was great, very clean and excellent location. So many thoughtful things were included. Snacks and coffee bar were a great addition for our stay. Host was easy to get in touch with and responds quickly if needed. We hope to get back again next year.

Excellent place! Great charm, very clean throughout, extremely well stocked kitchen with a nice coffee/tea bar & accompaniments, and even some snacks provided. Bath towels super soft, so many nice touches that made it easy to stay & wished we could have stayed longer. Nice backyard area to enjoy grilling, relaxing. Quiet neighborhood. Good off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Easy drive to the football stadium or baseball fields. Plenty of restaurants within a 2-3 mile radius. Excellent communication from the Host via the VRBO. We would choose this place again if we're in the Tampa area.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed this home it was exactly as listed! It was really close to downtown and we walked to the buccaneers game. The backyard was so peaceful to just sit and eat breakfast. We would definitely book here again!

Stay for Reliaquest Bowl

We stayed at Jon's property for the Reliaquest Bowl. The property was very nice, exactly as pictured and very convenient to the stadium and a short Uber to downtown Tampa

Beautiful house!

This house was spotless with very modern amenities and a great backyard. The photos on the listing were extremely accurate. We loved the master suite. I would one thousand percent stay here again.

Home away from home!

The house is so tastefully decorated and clean! The owners have thought of everything. We felt so comfortable it was just like home. Jon was very responsive when I had questions. The backyard games and all the amenities were an amazing bonus! We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

Every detail considered!

Did they need to have a motion activated trash can in the bathroom? Chips laid out, iron and steamer for clothes, two umbrellas, coffee and espresso machine, robes or high quality linens? No to all, but they really thought of every detail! Was here for work and will stay here again! Great hosts and communication!

Over the years my family and I have stayed in many Vrbos in the Tampa area, this was one of the nicest, well appointed and cleanest. All of us agreed we would check to see if this place was available for our next visit.

The host was very quick to respond to questions. The extras in the house were lovely; fully stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner in showers, hand soap, lotion that smelled lovely in both bathrooms and much more. It was a quick walk to Raymond James Stadium for game definitely quicker than driving home after the game with traffic. The only odd thing was height of toilet in master bedroom too high for 5'4" fine if your 6ft but other bathroom was standard size so it wasnt a big deal. Unfortunately it was unpredictability cold in FL so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor patio but it looked lovely. I would recomend this stay to anyone coming to Tampa.
