Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.

With a playground and open fields, it's a family-friendly destination that draws both residents and visitors who enjoy a quiet, serene atmosphere. The park also provides beautiful views of the surrounding homes, many of which showcase Charleston’s iconic architecture.

Charleston is a very walkable city, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.

We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
🧑🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
