Salty Winds of the Crystal Coast is a year round beach getaway calling your name. Recently remodeled and conveniently located in Atlantic Beach, NC with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. This bright and comfortable condo has that beach feel and features a private ocean view balcony and 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, dining seating for four and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a private half bath the other bathroom has a tub and shower combo. This unit comfortably sleeps two couples with a twin bunk for an extra family member. The community beach access boardwalk and pool are just steps away from the unit. A new HVAC system in 2024, two new smart tv's with cable tv and free Wi-Fi insure the inside is as accommodating as the beach and pool outside. The Crystal Coast of NC offers amazing weather year round.
The host asks that guests do not run the A/C while leaving the balcony sliding glass doors open. This will cause the unit to not cool properly and will result in very high and uncomfortable humidity inside. This beach front location has very high humidity.

• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside; no smoking on balcony; vaping allowed on balcony only.
• Vehicles: No boats, campers, or trailers permitted on the property.
• Parties & Conduct: No parties, events, unlawful activity, or disturbances.
• Access: Third-floor unit with no elevator; stairs required.
• Entry for Maintenance: Owner/agents may enter as reasonably necessary with notice when practicable.
• Liability: Use at guest’s risk; owner not liable for injury, loss, weather, or utility outages beyond control.

We live locally near the condo in Beaufort NC. We retired here in the Crystal Coast five years ago moving from Virginia on the Chesapeake Bay. We love our beach property and although we use it primarily as a rental we spend a great deal of time at the beach in front of the condo because it is so close and never crowded.

The location is close to so much to do in this area and is located less than a mile from the Beaufort Inlet which connects the local area and its recreational and sportfishing charter fleet to the Atlantic Ocean. The water around the Crystal Coast of NC fully lives up to its name with amazing clean and clear beautiful ocean surf. The condo is very close to historic Beaufort, NC as well as Morehead City and its sportfishing fleet, restaurants, bars and the famous BIg Rock Landing where the Big Rock Marlin Tournament and the NC annual seafood festival are held. Emerald Isle and Swansboro are two additional destinations along with one of NC's most visited aquariums and state parks, Fort Macon State Park, which is an 10 minute walk along the beach from the condo.

The comforting beach vibe with great ocean views and short walk to the beach and pool. Without a doubt the water and surf color and clarity are unmatched anywhere north of Florida.
