Perfect for what we were looking for. Complex has amazing tiki bar and food, a fabulous club and restaurant and pleasant helpful staff. Right on the beach or pool with cabanas. Splendid!!

Room and barhroom could use some deep cleaning. Especially the vents! Room view is the front of building. No ocean view. However, the location was great for walking and shopping.

I understand, that Florida typically doesn't get cold, but there should be an alternative option like a safe space heater when the furnace is programmed not to work. It was terribly cold this last weekend, and no options.As far as room service, there was 4 people in our condo, and i shouldn't have to ask for fresh towels and wash clothes on a daily basis...and then have to continuously have to remind them to bring them us.

No response from the host when access to the rental was requested upon arrival. I had to get VRBO involved and they were not able to get a response from the host either. I was forced to book at a different hotel last minute which caused a major inconvenience. Very disappointed.

Upon checking in I noticed mold growing on the ceiling and in the air conditioning vent along with the bathroom ceiling leaking. I notified the property manager only to be met with crickets, ZERO response. The overall condition of the room was dirty.

We found this room to be a little disappointing for what we paid. We could not check-in early even if the room was ready they charge you an extra 40. The lock on the door is very tricky to operate and the code stopped working on the 2nd day we were there so we had to wait in the lobby for an hour till the property manager responded to our messages to get in the room. The room is a little run down and not very clean. We also had to go buy toilet paper because they only gave us one roll in the room. The property is older and a little run down as well but they do have a lively tiki bar, restaurant, and the staff were very nice.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

When we arrived late in the evening, we found sand in our sheets, mascara on pillow cases, beer bottle caps on nightstands and old food in the freezer. After additionally noticing that the outlet cover was broken off and live wire posts were exposed for our small children , we reached out to our host. Expressed out concerns and got nowhere. He mentioned that it was a busy week "not a time for children", could only control what he can control and offered to take care of the cleanliness situation as well as a partial refund. Maintenance fixed the electric outlet, however no one ever came to fix sandy sheets or gross food in freezer. We ended up buying our own sheets for the stay. The "SMART" Tv has a broken WIFI adapter in it as it cannot find any WIFI signals. On top of everything, the fancy smartlock on the door got "secure locked" and ended up locking us out of our room for 3 hours with crying children who just wanted to lay down. Maintenance at the hotel/condo will not provide any help in the matter and couldn't get us in condo because the host owns this unit not the hotel/condo.As of this review, we have received no compensation or apology for this terrible experience.You have one job, make sure the room is clean and works. VRBO should remove your listing.

Very disappointed, any communication from host was AI generated and not in any kind of timely manner also phone number provided was conveniently unavailable, and there’s no heat in this rental , minimal supplies offered but mainly the communication when we needed help or if anything would have come up , was not available, stay away from this rental

There was no cart or help to take luggage to my room, the heat didn’t work, I actually had to turn on the toaster oven with the door open to try to stay warm!
