Welcome to Crazy lakes on lake Conroe, a local family owned lake house! The entire house amenities are brand new every little detail has been taken into consideration. Not only can you have a luxury place to stay with all the best of amenities from Samsung TV’s - the best mattresses money can buy and even a commercial ice maker and also all the bar utensils you need to make drinks and enjoy the lake life . We also want this to be like a vacation and offer 2- jet ski, wakeboard/party boat and even a bass boat for rent. We also provide fishing poles and tackle to fish for cat fish and bass from our dock. Lots of catfish just bring some shrimp. Please catch and release for others to enjoy! Our backyard includes custom steps so you can walk into the lake and a bartop to enjoy the lake water. Also we respectfully ask before bringing any animals. ($150 fee if approved Also we have zero tolerance for any unapproved party’s or animals any dis respect of neighbors. We ask politely you Ask in advance for any party’s so we can make the appropriate accommodations for you. To rent boat and jet skis we need a 7 days advance notice. Rentals for those items will be through another app that provides insurance also. All guest over 18 must be registered and verified with with crazy lakes. Any extra guest will be an additional charge of $50 and kicked off property depending on case by case. Local Family owned not corporate! You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Fish from the dock at day or night for bass and catfish or rent one of our wakeboard/bass boats or jet skis. House comes packed with board games, fishing poles and water floating toys.
