The Space:
Enjoy staying at one of if not the nicest condos at Saida Towers in the best & closest tower to the beach on the top floor in the largest corner unit square footage.
This three bedroom condo is in Tower II unit 506 has a king bed in Master bedroom, 2 double bed plus a single bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 double beds in 3rd room, Sagging bed fixed via new bedframe and a Pull out couch in living room
* Largest three bedroom at Saida Towers
* Renovated in February of 2024. Massive kitchen with plenty of seating, up to 10 people are allowed.
* Large patio with a gas grill (please bring LP/Gas as we do not provide) outside dining
* 2 full bathrooms - 1 is en suite to the master bedroom
* Master bedroom has view of ocean as well
* Kitchen is fully equipped ready for family meals - we do provide linens & towels as well
Saida Towers Features:
Directly on the beach - tower II is on the sand with only the Gulf of Mexico in front, and the heated pool adjacent. There are 3 total pools at Saida plus 3 heated Texas sized Jacuzzis, tennis & pickleball courts, 24 hour security, secured - off street parking there are 2 included free parking spaces.
On most weekends there is a bar & grill open poolside by tower three. There is plenty of space to throw a football around with your kiddos. One of the biggest benefits of Saida is that it is one of the most popular complexes for families so there are other kids around to play.
From Saida you can walk to dozens of great bars & restaurants - its southern location is near perfect for those on a vacation. This complex is very resort like with massive condos for your family.
Other things to know:
* Infant(s) are included in total occupancy max is 10
* Towels & linens are provided along with a starter pack of trash bags, soaps, dishwasher pods, etc. We do not re supply nor are they unlimited so please bring extra. We do not provide beach towels.
* In front os Saida you can rent 2 chairs and an umbrella the company sets up for you for $45 to $50 in cash for the day 10 am to 5 pm. There is not a way to pre book on the internet but they never ever run out
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made on Airbnb:
1.) You must additionally assure against damages by either agreeing to pay a 1 time $59 damage coverage protection plan fee (not refundable) to assure against damages

You may choose to do a fully refundable $500 damage deposit. You must do one or the other to book this property and stay here
We bill for either via the Airbnb resolution center prior to arrival. Again, these are fully disclosed for guest convenience as many HOAs are very strict on coverage plans.
Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.
2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements
* 2 max cars we cannot issue additional parking permits.
* In March as well as Easter weekend, there is a $25 per person non refundable condo HOA/Security wristband fee required. We pre collect via airbnb's resolution center. There is no fee the rest of the year
The one pool is heated December 1 to Apr 1st, take note.
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally on the Island at 2600 Padre Blvd. For those stays over 3 nights, we do offer complimentary towel & linen exchange.

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.

as uber and lyft are hard to come by, try City Taxi or BBs Taxi which currently is $4 per person to go anywhere or $10 if you are alone.
