This was our second stay at Palmetto Breeze. This home is amazingly equipped with tons of seating inside, outside, and on the porches. All the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well organized and equipped. It is in a great location near the beach and it is easy on and off the island. I would stay again.

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our family’s annual New Year celebration. It was very well appointed and super clean. Having two separate spaces to watch college football bowl games to having our New Year Eve party was appreciated. Easy walk to the beach, main shopping, restaurants and IGA grocery store. We hope to return next year.

Loved the spacious house and loved the location! There wasn’t enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, or laundry detergent stocked for our entire stay, but they were prompt to deliver more when I asked. Overall, a great experience.

We loved the house. It was super clean! We loved the two seperate living areas and kitchens. The outdoor shower was amazing. The outdoor area out back and the screened in porch are where we spent most of our time. I cannot say enough good things about this location. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee!

This property was absolutely wonderful! Nice, clean, plenty of room. The upstairs screened in porch was awesome too. We also loved the outside shower. The property is very close to the beach without being on the beach. I hope to go back next year and stay at this same property.

This was a wonderful house. Great light within the house and shade with mature trees on the back patio. Short and beautiful walk to the beach over the dunes at the end of the block. Very clean and stocked with plenty of towels and basic, starter cleaning supplies. The fact that there were essentially two complete living spaces, adjoined within the same house but on separate floor was great for our teenage kids or would work well for extended families of friend families traveling together.Loved it, hope to return.
