Estudio ubicado en la cima de la colina con 180 vistas al valle bonita y al mar también.
Verá una notable puesta de sol todos los días ...... Es un dormitorio con cama matrimonial y sofá cama. Un baño con jacuzzi. PODRÍA TENER UNA HABITACIÓN ADICIONAL CON 45. 00 DLLS, ADICIONAL SI DESEA. (UN BAÑO PARA LAS DOS HABITACIONES).
Con una terraza donde puedes tomar tu café de la mañana.
Muy tranquilo, muy limpio.

15 minutos. Al centro de San Diego, a 20 minutos. Al mundo marino y 25 al parque de animales salvajes de san diego "Safari"
5 minutos. A bonita plaza con muchas tiendas y comida, también amc theatre. 15 minutos. A tijuana, mexico.

This lovely property was located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The space was perfect for a couples getaway/staycation. The jacuzzi tub is amazing and right next to the window with a beautiful view. Host is great with communication and very friendly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Hope to come back in the future!

Maria-Elena and Jorge were great host. They were welcoming and responsive. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The one bedroom with comfortable bed and recliner chair to watch TV was perfect to end each day with a full schedule. Our favorite was the strong water pressure and hot shower. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for a reasonable price. Note, it is on the 2nd floor of the house, but had a private entrance to get to the room.

Our stay was a 42nd anniversary getaway just to have some quiet for the weekend. We really enjoy the night air, the restaurants, and the morning coffee on the balcony! Also, we left pillow cases and the owners contacted us immediately to return in time to grab them. Many thank for a wonderful stay!

Great views and a clean, quiet area. The pictures are accurate, what you see is what you get. The hot tub was great, the room has a nice breeze if you open the windows, beachy vibe but you're actually in the hills, away from everything. Expedia had it listed as an apartment, but its a room within a house, with a separate entrance on the patio. No fault of the hosts who were great, it just wasn't what I was expecting. I never saw the hosts after the first day, but you can hear people in the house as you would expect. Not the best if you're trying to be romantic in what is an otherwise very romantic setting. 4/5 stars for me. The host was very kind and welcoming.

Had the greatest experience in Bonita! The b&b was beautiful with a great a view! It was revitalizing with a quiet breeze and white noise of far off traffic. A/C worked great, jacuzzi bathtub was beyond romantic and the nearby places were either delicious or interesting! Definitely want to visit again and will probably stay at this property again! Cozy Weekend Retreat!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. I am from San Diego and my boyfriend is visiting from Mexico but we were both able to experience a romantic getaway in this beautiful Bonita neighborhood. The studio was roomy with a bunch of amenities. You can tell Maria cares about her guests’ comfort and enjoyment. She is sweet, responsive and very welcoming. It is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Quiet area with wonderful views and charming houses. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

Nice place

It was a clean place. Now central air but had fans, its san diego, it was comfortablefor the most part.Its in a nice quiey neighborhood. Owners on property, room is above their garage(heat rises, so it gets a tad warm but bearable) but separate from their main house. Toilet clogged first night but we just went to walmart and bought a plunger, easy fix left plunger there. I stayed 2 nights Friday, saturday left sunday morning. Saturday night came in at 2am(came from arizona to see a show) with a family member who went to the show with us but it was late and he drank so i asked him to sleep here and we would take him home before heading back to the Arizona. It was late and we should have asked but owner wasnt too happy and charged us an additional $50 which is no problem, we paid cash and left. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

BEAUTIFUL Views!! Super Sweet Hostess!! Beautiful space to stay in. Maria-Elena recommended a few restaurants & local shopping that we took advantage of. We we're very pleased. Great view! Quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located (within 30 min) to many San Diego destinations. Property manager met us personally to make sure everything was as expected. Wonderful vacation!

San Diego weekend

My only complaint is handicap accessibility I have a bad right knee and stair are difficult for me. If the listing had mentions stair I would have selected another location. The stay was enjoyable other than the stairs.

Also have Real Estate license. We love to travel and love to have travelers as guests. We enjoy very much meeting with people that like to travel like us.
We have 3 grown kids and 6 grandkids. Now It's two of us only. No pets allowed.
No smoking and no drugs.



Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Simply because it's the best of the area. 180 degrees with ocean view, very quiet, very very nice. 10 mins. from the ocean and 15 mins. from Mexican border.
5 mins to shopping center and theaters. 10 mins. to downtown San Diego. Also you can see the golf course from this house. I bet You will be recommending this property to your friends and family. You will go to San Diego Zoo, Sea World, San Diego Safari, in a very short time. Also near the wine county of Temecula.
