Welcome to Sugar Beach 116 in Orange Beach, AL! Located directly on the beach, enjoy quick access to the sand and the gorgeous gulf waters! Sugar Beach is centrally located to incredible restaurants and within driving distance of entertainment! Enjoy the amenities of this complex which includes outdoor pools and tennis courts! Take advantage of the Sugar Shack by the pool for food and drinks! Unit 116 sleeps 2 people featuring a queen bed and sofa with 1 bathroom! Book with us today!
The Space:
This unit does NOT have beach views but IS a beachfront complex.
Parking passes are $40 each! Limited to 2 per unit. Park directly under the complex and take the elevators up the 1st floor to locate unit 116!
Upon entering the unit, the full bath is on the left! The upright washer/dryer is on the left hand wall prior to walking into the living space.
The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living room space which features a queen bed and sofa!
Enjoy sitting on the private balcony with access directly off the living room space!
Enjoy your meals sitting on the 2 barstools located on the kitchen counter bar!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything inside the unit including the balcony!
Guests will also have access to the 2nd floor pool/tennis courts and the ground floor pool and direct beach access!
Interaction with Guests:
Orange Beach Life will be available before, during, and after each guest stay!
