BRAND NEW Ski-In Ski-Out at Eagle Point Resort Utah - Sleeps 33 Comfortably!

Welcome to The World Adventure in the gated community of Aspen Crest. Look at the photos and see what true ski-in, ski-out luxury in Utah can be! No crossing streets or walking through parking lots here. Literally ski right onto the front or back porch!

Please plan to have a 4x4 almost always during ski season. There is a 2 car garage plus plenty of outdooor parking on the plowed driveway area.

This new construction home finished in December 2024 has 7 bedrooms (one is an open loft bunk room) and 5 full bathrooms along with 2 half bathrooms. This is an award winning Utah Valley Parade of Homes floor plan.

Each suite is themed after a different continent. There is space to sleep 34 comfortably in quality mattresses. Many of the suites will easily fit a pack-n-play (bring your own) in the closet for your little ones as well. Professional chef-style kitchens on both the main and basement levels offer multiple cooking options, 3 fridges, 3 freezers, and a Blackstone BBQ on the deck. Also enough place settings for everyone on the reservation. Kitchens are also equipped with microwaves, Keurig coffee makers, Crock Pot, and various cookware. 1 simple high chair on site.

There is a Yamaha Piano and plenty of games to keep everyone busy around the fireplace. Multiple dining, living, gathering, and play areas to enjoy being together when desired but quiet to sleep when you need some shut-eye! Plenty of hooks and cubbies for ski gear.

Summertime activities are just as endless as during the winter, but some of our favorites depending on time of year are:

Mountain Biking
Hiking
ATV's, UTV's, Motorcycles on the famous Piute ATV Trail
Eating at Maria's or Loaded Burger on the way up the canyon, or Eating at the Eagle Point Lodge during ski season

All these activities are 2 miles or less, with many of these being 2 steps or less from your front door!

Please help us keep our property "like-new" and plan to leave it better than you found it. We want this to be a space we can share with your family for years and years to come.

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous, the location is a close drive to a few few restaurants and a nice little shop, the owners are absolutely wonderful people that were very communicative and very accommodating, will absolutely be staying here again!!

Look no further-this is your place!

This expansive house is the nicest vacation rental I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a lot)!! You can tell the owners have thought through all the things and really care to make this place a fun and comfortable experience from the themed rooms to the well thought out spaces. Our large group of six families fit, no problem! I love the built in bunks for the kids, they are sturdy and quiet and my room even had a separate little office I could put my baby in and not worry about my other kids waking him! The two dining tables accommodated us at meals and didn't even feel squishy. I prepared much of the food and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed even crockpots and some spices that I forgot. The game room was so fun for not only the kids, but also the adults! We stayed in the summer and loved the fresh mountain air, the beautiful views, hiking, exploring along the river (all the boys cold plunged!!), grilling on the patio, and more. It was the perfect getaway! I can only imagine how perfect this spot is in the winter as well, as it is quite literally right off the slope. It's one of the first and most convenient to access houses so if you're driving in the snow I could see that it'd be easier to get to than some other houses. I cannot highly recommend this spot enough! I am so glad we gave this place a try and I am confident we will be back again!

Spacious Family Getaway!

This house was perfect for our large group! Each room in the house has a theme of a different continent and can can accommodate a whole family. Our family stayed with 4 other large families comfortably. I loved that my family of 6 had our own room that slept all of us. We had our own attached bathroom that had all the things we love (like tons of hooks to hang towels or other wet clothes and all the essentials). This house was perfect ski in and ski out! Loved staying in such a clean, fun, and spacious place while making memories with friends and family.

This is what skiing and the outdoors SHOULD feel like in Utah... What it felt like before it got super crowded!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We sleep more people than any other ski in ski out property in Utah, and we do it comfortably on quality mattresses! Most our themed suites are setup for a family of 6 to be able to get a good night's rest and be ready to play the next day. The ski easement could not be any closer... Literally ski onto the front porch.

The summer and fall are our favorite time to be up here. You simply have to experience it to believe it!
