Jonathan’s place was great!! We were in town for a conference and found it was the perfect spot, just a short uber from the convention center and a quick walk to Whole Foods and amazing restaurants!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Great location and safe neighborhood. We felt safe walking everywhere and parking was easy even for DC. Moved the car a few times during our stay and never had a problem finding a parking spot upon our return. Condo was clean, comfortable and had lots of extras including tolietries incase you forgot your toothbrush. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and easy check-in. Also close to grocery stores, metro, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

The condo was perfect for a group of four and located in a quiet and beautiful residential area. The variety of coffee, snacks and extra toiletries were an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property and great location overall. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Stocked with plenty of travel toiletries available which was an unexpected and nice touch. Kitchen could be better equipped with cookware, cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. Property was well stocked with towels and linens. Furniture was a little beat-up so although the place felt generally clean, it had a somewhat shabby or inexpensive look.

DC Visit

Condo was the heart of DC, walking distance to the Metro, and the parking space was great to have. The condo was clean modern, and communication with the owner was quick and responsive. Would definitely stay here next time wet are in town.

Everything was so nice and clean. He provided snacks, water for us. It was pretty close to metro line, so made it easy to get to sites. He communicated well with us and help us out a lot. Close to grocery store was very good as well. Overall really pleased with our stay.

Great place for small family

This place was a beautiful apartment with so many extras to make our stay even better. Communication with the host was easy. Master bed was rather firm. Great place to get in and out of DC via the Metro.

Johnathan’s condominium is absolutely amazing! Everything is just perfect! Our family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. It’s extremely clean Johnathan communicates wonderfully. I highly recommend staying at his place! We will definitely be back!

This VRBO was perfect for our family of four. Two bathrooms in a two bedroom was an awesome feature! The kids had space and we had space. Quick and easy walk to the metro and Whole Foods.

Great place to stay!

The property was as listed and had nice touch's left from the host (extra toiletries/coffee). Lots of natural light in a quiet area. It was perfect for a DC visit. Only a couple of blocks one direction to the subway and lots of interesting eateries, and a couple of blocks the other way to Whole Foods grocery. Felt safe everywhere. Would definitely book again if we come back.

Stay was absolutely great! Perfect location for everthing we did (museum visits, dinner, brunch, conference, work). Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again. We gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because it is ant season and we noticed ants coming through the back door which was a bummer as it is in the second room so my friends bag was being attacked by ants. Not the host fault.

We did a last minute booking after having to cancel the careful researched stay planned months ago. Jonathan’s place save the day! The location was amazing, we were able to easily park ( DC easy, but still) we were able to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy restaurants. Jonathan provided so many extras, from toiletries to coffee and ziploc bags. Great location, great place.

We came to DC to see some friends before they move and it coincided with 4th of July weekend. We had a great time. The host replied to any questions very promptly. Having a parking pass was super helpful. The property was exactly as described/photographed. We appreciated the waters in the fridge and there was a container of snacks my kids loved.

Awesome Property in DC

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here during Spring Break. The property was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The whole neighborhood was quiet, and the property being just a short walk to Whole Foods allowed us to stock up on groceries for our stay. It was also just a short walk to the Metro station - which allowed us to easily get around and explore all the amazing sights and attractions in DC. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great Location & Accommodations

Easy communication with host. The listing was accurate to the property. The attention to detail for the comfort of the guests is what impressed me the most. Snacks, coffee, laundry detergent, bathroom essentials... were available if needed. Short walking distance to U Street Metro. We used the metro as our primary transportation. Very convenient. Whole Foods grocery was just a short 5 minute walk.

Amazing Host and Cozy Stay in D.C.

I really enjoyed my stay in Washington D.C.—one of the best experiences I’ve had! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches: there was coffee, oil, salt, and spices, which made cooking so easy for short-term guests. They even provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, and good-quality shampoo and conditioner—not the usual hotel stuff, which I really appreciated.The location was great, the neighborhood felt safe, and everything we needed was close by. The host was super kind, responsive, and allowed us an early check-in, which was very helpful.The only small downside was that the bedsheet in the second bedroom wasn’t changed, but luckily I found a clean one in the closet and replaced it myself.

Police Week

Everything about my stay in DC was great. Prior to booking Jonathan answered all my questions immediately. I chose this location for proximity to downtown DC area for the Police Week events. It was in a great spot I had a pass to park my rental on the street (but it does fill up so park early and uber at night). Lots of great things in the home very clean everything updated. Lots of coffee and snacks. Bath and washing supplies were Great. I’d definitely pick this place again if I were coming to DC. Very roomy and accommodating.

Justcwhat wecwere looking for!

We traveled with out teens to visit DC, and we loved this property and the neighborhood. We are big rail fans, and the Metro was very easy to use and access and got us where we needed to go. We took the owner's advice and had groceries delivered, easy peasy. The flat had all the amenities we needed, including some spices and oils and a FABULOUS assortment of coffee and teas to make in the morning. So nice. And the washer and dryer were appreciated, especially after getting caught in afternoon storms.Jonathan was exceptionally responsive, especially when we needed to extend checkout at the last minute due to a lack of cars to rent in the city. Don't hesitate to rent here, the neighborhood is lovely, good eats around, and good accessibility to the National Mall.
