This adorable 2 bedroom 1940 farmhouse is located about a mile from downtown Walterboro. It is a 9 acre property with huge Magnolia and Pecan trees.
2 acres of grassy space surrounded by fence with a relaxing front porch and outside fire pit( plenty of firewood for use). The barn, shed and wellhouse make for a picturesque farm setting. Behind the living space there is about 7 acres of woods with a trail leading to the rear of the property (trails are changing as we have time to enhance the property),

Convenient to the Walterboro airport (RBW), or commercial airports in Charleston (CHS) and Savannah (SAV) about 5 miles from I-95, and many historical landmarks from the Revolutionary and Civil War and the National Monument commemorating the Tuskegee Airmen Memorial.
It's about a 1 hr drive to downtown Charleston and downtown Beaufort to enjoy all those cities have to offer. The beaches at Seabrook, Kiawah, and Edisto are all about 45 minutes away. If you have dogs, they will enjoy the 1.9 acre fenced in yard. ours certainly do!).
