Island Style Studio Near the Shore!
This studio is less than 100yards from the beach. Island style furnishing this the the perfect space for a couple or a small family to stay. Includes parking, which is first come first serve. Nearby the zoo and shops this is a comfortable getaway when visiting Waikiki
COMMON AREA
• Window unit AC System.

• Queen sized bed and a folding twin bed.
• 60” Smart flat screen television.
• Iron Board.
KITCHEN
• Electric stovetop.
• Full size refrigerator.
• Coffee maker.

• Plates, bowls & utensils.
• Paper towels.
• Cleaning supplies.
BATHROOM

Parking is based on availability in the unit and it is first come first serve. It is only for the top level of parking as the downstairs parking is all assigned stalls.
Parking does not include moped parking as those are reserved for permanent residents of the building. However there is a daily moped rental shop on the same block as the building.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on the first floor/lobby level.
It is easily accessible just straight out of the elevator, around the corner. The machines can be operated using either coins or an app.
TRASH
• Trash bin (dumpster) located on basement level.
Self check in is not currently available yet so I will coordinate a time with you to get checked in and answer any questions you may have.
LOCATION
• Waikiki Beach - 2 minute walk.
• Honolulu Zoo - across the street.
• Kapiolani Park & the Shell Theater - 4 min walk.
• Central Waikiki - 6 minutes to all the shops and restaurants.
Other things to note
• Beach gear rentals on the beach
• There`s a bike rental place and a moped rental place just at the end of the street.
• We have an ABC store (local convenience store), a Starbucks and a Domino`s pizza place all with a 2-3 min walk.
There are bus stops located on Kapahulu Ave, less than a block away, as well as Biki stations (bikeshare). Very easy to commute. If you have a car, use the keyfob to open the upper parking area (lower is assigned). It is `first-come-first-serve` If you`re unable to find parking at night, you can pay for parking at the zoo or there are usually some free stalls on Monsarra or Kalakaua Avenue by Kapiolani park, which is east of the condo.
Best way to get access to the freeway and is via Kapahulu avenue. Take Ala Wai Blvd to get to Ala Moana Shopping center quickly.
One thing to note is that since this building does not allow lockboxes on the property, check in will be done in person. We will coordinate a time to meet, preferably between the hours of 2pm and 7pm. If checking in late, it can also be accommodated; however, you will have to come pick up the keys on the way to the Airbnb. Early check in and times outside of that can be accommodated as well. However, please contact us first.
***Kindly note that all late check-ins (after 10pm) will incur a $50 check-in fee.
Please do the dishes before you leave
If using Maui Babe browning lotion, or any other tanning lotion, please make sure to rinse yourself off very well before toweling off. These lotions WILL stain the white bath towels.
Please do not feed the birds there will be a cleaning charge for excessive droppings. Pigeons are homing creatures and will return if there are sources of food.
If you’re planning to use the beach equipment please be sure to clean off as much sand as possible before returning to the condo.
Please do not hang clothes or anything off the lanai.
