PRIVACY
The Villa is ideal for 8 people and you can rent the entire house for your exclusive use, in your total privacy. It's in an enchanting area, surrounded by hills. You are far away from the noise of the city and can enjoy the sounds of nature.

THE VILLA
On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living room and one bathroom. In the kitchen you can find a complete assortment of dishes and appliances such as dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle. Near the living room there is a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there are four bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 twin) which can sleep 8 people. It is also possible to have additional single beds to sleep up to 10. Two rooms have an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms a share bathroom.

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL - OPENING May - September

The Villa is surrounded by garden with olive trees and you will find a veranda with panoramic and fabulous views. You can relax inside the veranda during the sunny days, read a book and admire the hills that run into the sea. Near the veranda there is the barbecue to cook delicous grilled meat. The country house also boasts the private swimming pool and it is a very lovely jewel. You can enjoy swimming and sunbathing until late afternoon.

All spaces are for you! You can enjoy the serene landscape and the tranquillity.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Casa Foglietti sehr genossen und können diese Villa nur empfehlen. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern sehr geeignet! Der Pool ist toll, sauber und toll gelegen. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Samuele war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die zwei Kühlschränke sind ideal in dieser heissen Jahreszeit. Wenn man die Fenster im richtigen moment schliesst ist es angenehm kühl im Haus. Aussentemperatur war deutlich über 32C! Das Haus ist in einem top Zustand, die Qualität ist deutlich über dem italienischen Durchschnitt und wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse an die Familie von Samuele

Das Anwesen ist super gepflegt und sauber. Auch der Pool wird jeden Tag gepflegt. Aufgrund der Hanglage und Ackerlandumgebung ist das Gelände uneinsehbar für Andere. Tatsächlich alles Notwendige vorhanden und intakt. Wir waren mega happy. Lediglich die Zufahrtstraße hat Defizite und ist nur langsam und vorsichtig zu befahren. Die Gefahr eines Unterboden- oder Lackschadens muss bei jeder Fahrt der holprigen und steilen Schotterstraße bedacht werden.

Wunderbarer stiller Ort mit toller Aussicht

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in dem Haus von Simone und Barbara verbracht. Wir haben mit zwei Familien und 5 Kindern in dem Haus gewohnt. Der Schnitt des Hauses ist für zwei Familien ideal, der große abgegrenzte Pool einfach ideal. Der Ausblick vom Haus ist fantastisch, die Ruhe unschlagbar.

Wonderful house with a beautiful view

Beautifully renovated house perfect for two families with kids (on both sides of the house you find two bedrooms). We absolutely loved the covered terrace where you have beautiful views of the surroundings. The big kitchen has everything you need. Also a big pro if you stay with small kids is that the swimming pool is surrounded by a hedge with a fence you can close. Samuele, the owner, was very friendly and easy going. Definitely recommend this place!

Ein wundervolles Haus, rustikal und liebevoll gestaltet mit allem was man für erholsame Tage braucht

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Landschaft, viele Tierbegegnungen und Ruhe hatten wir dadurch. Die Hosts waren sehr bemüht, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Pool ist wunderbar, Ausflüge ans Meer dauern auch nicht lange. Es war alles so wie es uns beschrieben wurde. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit und wollen irgendwann wieder dorthin.

Des vacances de rêve.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette superbe maison pendant deux semaines à 8 ( deux couples et 4 enfants). La maison est très bien organisée car les 4 chambres sont séparées par un superbe escalier qui donne aux deux familles une intimité suffisante. Les lits sont très confortables. Voici pour le côté fonctionnel. Et maintenant le plus important. Cette maison au milieu des collines est un véritable havre de paix. Vous pourrez contempler la nature à l'infini dans le silence absolu, à l' exception de quelques petites cigales qui vous rappèleront que vous êtes au paradis. Vous pourrez passer des journées entières sous la véranda, sous les oliviers, ou dans la piscine, dans la plus grande quiétude. Dans le village voisin il y a un parc très agréable pour les enfants avec différents jeux. Et si vous décidez de visiter la région, vous ne vous confronterez pas à une neutre de touristes, même en plein mois d'août. En un mot: bienvenu au milieu de la douce et authentique Italie. Pour finir, n'oubliez pas de demander à Barbara de vous cuisiner ses légumes, ses escalopes milanaises, ses lasagnes, et ses différents tiramisu: un véritable régal. Tout le monde a adoré ce séjour. Alors si vous lisez ceci, n'hésitez pas, réservez tout de suite. Mais s'il vous plaît, pas trop longtemps, pour que les autres puissent en profiter aussi.

ein Traum von Urlaub

Erholung, tolles Wetter, Sport, Spass und wir haben nichts vermisst in zwei Wochen... Im Haus findet man ein Buch mit vielen Tipps für die Umgebung, was sehr hilfreich ist. Der See Fistara, San Lorenzo Al Lago in den Bergen (ca. 40 Minuten Autofahrt) hat uns verzaubert, da so schön smaragdgrün und von den Bergen umgeben, sowie ist dieser nicht überlaufen. In den Outlets, die in der Nähe angesiedelt sind, haben wir einige Euros gelassen. Wir sind mit eigenem Auto angereist, was den Vorteil hatte, dass wir den leckeren Wein von dem empfohlenen Weingut Murola mitnehmen konnten. Wir waren auf einem Fest auf dem Murola - Weingut und hatten auch viel Spass mit den Einheimischen sowie Europäuschen Einwandern. Das Haus ist sehr schön saniert und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Natürlich hätten wir lieber eine andere Aufteilung der 120 qm für 2 Personen, dh. lieber 2 große Schlafräume anstatt 4 kleine ... Marken ist noch nicht von Touristen überlaufen und daher sind diese um so herzlich willkommen. Für uns war die Gegend schöner als Toscana. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder hin und eher für 3 Wochen!

Es war einfach nur wunderschön - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-) Ein Traumhaus in einer Traumgegend, so erholsam und ruhig dass man nie mehr abreisen möchte. Dream holiday!

I always thought that I will never find the perfect holiday. But I was wrong! Easy flight, easy drive, fantastic weather, breath taking scenery, yummy ice cream and horse riding for the children. We were at the pool almost the whole day for two weeks and our 4 children aged 2-10, had a wonderful time. I am very picky when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms and this was like being at home - clean, practical, looking like new. The owners are probably the best there is - incredible attention to detail. Italy has abundant healthy and affordable food - what a treat. If the City is getting too much and you need a restful, refreshing time, then you can stop the frantic internet searching for holiday accommodation now and make this booking. You will not regret it!

Dank an Barbara und Samuele

Seit vielen Jahren verbringen wir unseren Urlaub in Italien. Oma, Opa, zwei Töchter mit Ehe-männern und drei Enkel verbringen in der Regel in einem gemieteten Haus mit Pool die Erho-lungszeit. In diesem Jahr haben wir es bei Barbara und Samuele besonders gut angetroffen. Das Haus steht in einer wirklich sehr schönen Lage, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs für einen großen Personenkreis. Es war eines der schönsten und bestens ausgestatteten Häuser mit sehr schönem Pool, die wir je in Italien mieten durften. Wir haben keine Mängel festgestellt und sind für die außergewöhnlich gute Betreuung durch Barbara und Samuele sehr dankbar. Ja, das Beste kommt jetzt zum Schluss: Barbara hat mit unseren drei Enkeln an einem Nachmit-tag Plätzchen gebacken. Die Zutaten brachte sie mit, das Ergebnis war hervorragend. Die Kinder schwärmen heute noch davon. Wir mussten bereits in Italien Ausrüstung zum Backen für hier zu Hause beschaffen. So nachhaltig war dieses Erlebnis für unsere Enkel. Verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub bei Barbara und Samuele und Sie werden wie wir begeistert sein For many years we spend our holidays in Italy. Grandma, grandpa, two daughters with their hus-bands and three grandchildren usually in a rented house with pool spend their yearly recovery time. This year we are particularly well encountered with Barbara and Samuele. The house is very well equipped with all things of everyday use for a large number of people in a really lovely lo-cation. It was one of the most beautiful and well-equipped houses with very nice and clean pool which we previously were allowed to rent in Italy. We have found no flaws and are responsible for the exceptional care provided by Barbara and Samuele very grateful. Finally now: Barbara has baked with our grandchildren in one afternoon cookie. The ingredients she brought and the result was excellent. The kids are still enthusiastic about it. We had bought in Italy equipment for baking procedure for here at home. So sustainable this experience was for our grandchildren. Spend your vacation at Barbara and Samuele and you will love ist.

amazing!

this was even better than we ccould have dream about. Quiet, realaxing, Beautiful and excellent service of Samuel and Barbara. Our family, 6 persons, enjoy every second in this fabolous house. Mostly we atayed in the house, in the garden and at the poolside, but also visit the villages around; Monte San Giusto, Corridonia and Macerata. All of them with their own style and charm. Barabara and Samuel arrange some things for us; a fantastic lunch and a winetasting and helped us to book the tenniscourt. they were so easy to cooperate with and make you absolute feel like home. We have a car and thats something you need here, its some kilometres to the nearest shop and restaurant. This holiday was the best ever and hopfully time its not so far away to go there again!

Abbiamo trascorso la fine dell'anno in una splendida villa in un contesto di pace e relax. Da sottolineare l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari, che hanno omaggiato il compleanno di un'amica con una torta preparata dalla sig.ra Barbara, oltre che gradita, "spazzolata" rapidamente. Viene curato ogni aspetto dell'immobile, dalla pulizia, all'efficienza di ogni parte; sono presenti tutte le indicazioni su ristoranti, luoghi da visitare, nonchè sui diversi outlet presenti in zona. Considerato che ogni anno trascorriamo con amici il capodanno sempre in luoghi diversi, stiamo valutando di essere qui anche per la prossima fine dell'anno.

Wunderschönes Haus auf einem kleinen Hügel

Zu Beginn des Urlaubs hießen und Samuele und Barbara willkommen. Beide sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel mit einem tollen Blick auf Sonnenblumenfelder und die nächsten Ortschaften. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber. Er wird jeden Abend gereinigt. Es gibt bequeme Liegen und Stühle, außerdem Sonnenschirme. Das Haus ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Im Bad und teilweise in den Schlafzimmern fehlte ein wenig Ablagefläche. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, so dass man gut vor Sonne und Regen (in unserem Urlaub leider häufig) geschützt ist. Der gemauerte Grill ist wenige Meter von der Terrasse entfernt und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Zum Meer nach Civitanova dauert es rund 20 Minuten über eine gut befahrbare Schnellstraße, die man am Haus überhaupt nicht hört. Fazit: Man kann das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Stay in Casina Foglietti

Barbara and Samuel, It was for us a great time in your house. You prepared everything wonderfull such as the complete map with all places to visit and the good restaurants. The hous is superb including the swimmingpool that Samuel is cleaning 2 times a day. We recommend this house to all people who wants a loveley holiday in Le Marche. Paradijsje in Italië!!!

We mochten genieten van een heel functioneel goed uitgerust huis middenin een prachtige omgeving. De heuvels van 'de Marken' zijn minstens zo indrukwekkend als die in Toscane. Vanop de heuvel waar deze villa zich bevindt heb je een bijzonder mooi uitzicht. Het terras biedt je de gelegenheid om wat schaduw op te zoeken en terwijl te genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Alle kamers van dit huis zijn zeer verzorgd, net als het zalige, grote, verfrissende buitenzwembad (elke dag perfect onderhouden door Samuele). De eigenaars Barbara en Samuele zijn dé perfecte gastvrouw en gastheer: heel erg vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen... je kan je geen betere ontvangst wensen. We hebben bij hen groentenmanden, olijfolie, wijn en taarten besteld ... overheerlijk!!! Een diner, bereidt door Barbara, werd ook bijzonder goed gesmaakt. Kortom, je kan echt geen betere vakantieplek vinden in de Marken... dit is echt wel het paradijs op aarde. Dank je wel (Grazie) Barabara en Samuele.. we komen zeker terug! Helga en Kurt (Vlaanderen)

relaxing holidays in a paradise

Our family - couple with 2 children 15 and 17 - had a wonderful stay in a unique area. Listing description was accurate, but reality and impressions were much more better: a spacious house, the smell of plants, absolute tranquility, a panorama with villages on hills etc. The 18th century house was renewed and is in an excellent condition. It´s clean and comfortable, a staircase to the first floor reminds you of a castle. The vaults in kitchen and living room make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is big and fully equipped. Beds have good mattresses. The owners are very friendly and allways helpful when called. It´s a place to come to with your best friends – an full recreation. Restaurants are in a distance of some miles with domestic kitchen – the best you can imagine. No matter at all, we award a sixth star for it and we surely will come again.

Villa paradisiaca, zona incantevole

Abbiamo passato una settimana veramente rilassante. La struttura e la zona sono incantevoli. La disponibilità dei proprietari é veramente super. La cucina di Barbara gustosissima. Quando si parte si ha solo un pensiero: ritornare al più presto. Un grazie di cuore a Samuele & Barbara per la loro disponibilità e cortesia Andrea, Romina, Martina e Giulia

corridonia villa

The villa was great for us...large enough to accommodate us..beautiful area (near Corridonia) that gave us quick access to Macerata where we have family. The people who rented to us were friendly and attentive to needs. No complaints...much to appreciate. The house is architecturally significant...and wonderful on the inside. Good choice and an area that has lot of interesting places and sights if you look.

Unforgettable Holidays - Ein unglaublicher Urlaub

In the Summer of 2013 our group of 9 stayed at the casina foglietti. Its an amacing house in a beautiful countryside. It has a neat pool, garden and a nice veranda. In addition the renters Barbara and Samuele are very warmhearted and helpfull (they even baked a birthday cake ;-) ). We had a wonderful time, so if you like to have a vacation in a beautiful and cozy traditional casina this is the place to go!!! You won't regret it!!! Thanks for everything Barbara and Samuele!!! Beautiful casina for a magnificent holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in this casina. Beautiful house, nice and clean swimmingpool, large kitchen, good beds, beautiful surroundings, magnificent view, lots of sun and shade. What you see in the pictures is really what you get! House is big enough for 2 families (8-10 persons). Sea is easy to reach, mountains too. Lots of things to do in the neighbourhood: Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, beach, Ancona, Macerata, Monte Siblini natural park, Grotte di Frassati, a few abbadia's, lots of little villages. But you can also relax at the swimmingpool and do nothing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

All guests on arrival are excited because they did not expect a place so quiet, reserved, distinctive scenery, pleasant climate with light ventilation, very old house and lovingly restored by recovering as much as possible the materials of construction period (1794 to ); it isn't unable to perceive from photographs, then the only way to check is to visit us at :-)

The villa is an old house with thick walls that protects against heat and cold.
The veranda has views of the hills and pleasant natural ventilation that comes from the sea.
The swimming pool is with an exclusive use and offering you the chance to relax and enjoy the landscape: grains and sunflowers' hills and medieval towns.
The location of the house has the advantage to be at the center of our province, from here you can reach in few minutes to the Adriatic Sea or the Natural Park of the Sibillini Mountains;
I carry out the daily cleaning of the pool, is a detail that we have always neglected to say, but our guests tell us that it is not a practice carried out in other houses, so you will have ensured the pool cleaned every day!
