Nuestra casa es una casa de 1 habitación y 1 baño completo. Se encuentra cerca de la playa, el paseo marítimo, los mercados, cafeterías, tiendas y restaurantes. Está cerca de toda la actividad de la ciudad. Town Hill se encuentra al otro lado del camino. Cuenta con exhibiciones de autos, carnavales y eventos durante todo el año. Colonial Beach es amigable para bicicletas y carritos de golf.

El Nido tiene un gran patio frontal con muchos asientos y una parrilla de barbacoa de gas. Es perfecto para estancias a largo plazo. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse. Hay wi-fi gratis súper rápido.

Great little cottage, center of everything in town

Updated cottage in a small town. Walking distance to most restaurants and stores. Larger house next door owned by same family. Could rent both if you want to have a larger group get together. House is well set up and thought out. This is my second time renting for a work event near by.

Nice Time

The cottage was very comfortable and clean....If we had any complaints there were just a few. One being not to informative about tv equipment (use or not use), looked around for take out menus (nothing found). Not crazy about last minute change of access code. Money was paid in full way in advance but not really sure if place was not a scam at one point because of being just one-sided. On the other hand, after all that, great beach days, walking to places of interest was very cool and lots to do. Would consider visiting again if communication would be a little better.

Delightful

The cottage was very clean and comfortable and charming. The kitchen well equipped with all essential dishes, pots, pans small appliances etc. Everything needed for a carefree stay was provided. Within short walking distance to beach, shops , restaurants etc. I look forward to my next stay.

Another great weekend in Colonial Beach

The cottage is cozy, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location for walking to restaurants, the river and the beach. The snacks and drinks waiting when you get there are a nice touch as well. Looking forward to our next visit.

Happy return

This was our second stay at the Colonial Cottage and it was just as great as the first. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Georgiana has it well equipped with the essentials and more, and she is responsive to any questions or issues. We will definitely be back.

Over all stay was good

The house was very nice and clean and very comfortable We were disappointed in the porch no umberalla for the table to sit out in the morning as the sun came off the water there were nails lifting on the surface of the deck and the overall condition of the wood was bad

Having a book with information about how to use the tv, etc. would've been nice. Other than that it was nice. We're members of American legion so that was helpful for going to the beach since both of us are handicapped.

Great cottage, close to bars and the beach!

Had a fabulous time at Bikefest and wish we had stayed an extra day! Loved the cottage. It was cozy and clean, within walking distance to the festivities and the beach. Great owner who is available if needed!

Perfect!

The cottage was perfect. Everything was neat and well taken care of. Th owner was very helpful and provided answers to all our questions. Almost Everything you need is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year if available. I would recommend this to all looking for a wonderful vacation in colonial beach!

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time there. This place was great. When we got there the hosts left us cold drinks and snacks, which we appreciated since it was so hot. What a wonderful way to start our vacation. Beautiful fresh flowers left for us to enjoy. Thank you so very much for the hospitality/ Loved this place!

Cozy Cottage!

The cottage was cozy and clean! The owner was super helpful and responsive when I needed help renting the golf cart and when the window ac unit needed an update. We loved the personal touches, like the yummy snacks and drinks provided to us upon arrival. We also enjoyed the fresh linens, towels and bath soaps. The location of the cottage is a short walk to restaurants, a coffee shop and the public beach. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to enjoy touring this cute town and views of the river. My family and I would also recommend this cottage to those whom are interested in staying in Colonial Beach.

Lovely cottage in great location

We had a wonderful stay at the Boxwood Cottage last weekend. We have visited Colonial Beach for the last four years to participate in the triathlon, and have stayed at a different place each time, and this was by far our favorite. The cottage is in a great location for the beach and the town. It is well equipped and in excellent condition. It is well equipped and had everything we needed, and was spotlessly clean. Georgianna was extremely responsive and helpful, and provided a nice welcome basket upon arrival. We will definitely be back.

Quaint, modern, clean and met ALL our vacation needs!

Cottage was generously sized, decorated and stocked with nice finishing touches. Everything is in walking distance just as described. Owner was accessible by phone and text. Our stay was perfect in every way and we are already dreaming of our next visit!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!

Adorable cozy little cottage!

My family an myself had a wonderful stay. Perfect location to watch the fireworks walking distance to Beach . Cottage had all the cooking needs which made it great for grilling .Owner was very kind n helpful with any questions. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely Cottage Very Close to the Beach!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at this cottage last month. The property was as described and the homeowners were friendly, hospitable, and courteous. The cottage is ideal for a laid-back beach vacation -- whether you’re going to the beach, to dinner, or to an event at the Riverboat, the cottage is within easy walking distance. While we were in town, Colonial Beach was a quiet, sleepy beach town, but if there’s an event going on that could change dramatically. I highly recommend checking out what community activities and events are going on in the area before your stay. Word to the Wise: The town all but closes down on Mondays, so be prepared for a quiet day and homemade food.

First time experience

I will have to say that this was my first time renting a home. I was totally impressed by the house and the ease of the experience. The house is a wonderful place to go for a visit at Colonial Beach.

Cute, clean, well set up.

The owners were great, my stay was perfect. They obviously think a lot about what the vacationer would need. Furnishings are way above cottagy, location is great. Just far enough of the main road to be perfectly quiet. I offered to rent their golf cart from them at half rate the commercial company quoted, worked out great for both of us.

A Lovely, Quiet Cottage

My recent stay at this cottage in Colonial Beach was exactly what I'd hoped for! The cottage is clean and well-maintained with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including linens that are like new. The kitchen is supplied with everything needed. There is comfortable seating for reading or watching a movie or TV and sufficient dining seating for four. The deck is a good size, with spaces for seating as well as dining. There is a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a small seating space with a fire pit in the front yard. The location is ideal, one small block from the beach and a few yards from a coffee shop and restaurants. The neighborhood is perfect for biking and the cottage is located very close to the Heritage Biking Trails that run throughout the Northern Neck. I can't wait to return for another relaxing week away!

Highly recommended, cottage was clean, comfortable, cozy, and in a great location. Everything within walking distance, including beach, shops, and restaurants. all you need is supplied, just bring your clothes and the bare necessities. We loved it there and are sure to return. Great Place to Stay in Colonial Beach

The boxwood cottage was wonderful! The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is a short walk to the beach and many shops, restaurants and everything really. The owners was responsive when needed and very easy to deal with.

Perfect little cottage

The cottage could not be more cute and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in town, the beach, and delicious food. Small glitch with some appliances not working upon arrival, home owners were there to greet us and explain the issue, provided a temp solution, and were very accommodating. We loved it there and plan to return and will definitely rent from these owners again. Thanks for everything!
