True fully loaded kitchen... a kitchen you would expect of a homeowner and not a rental.

Nice stainless appliances with stove, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and garbage disposal. Granite countertops, backsplash and granite center island with barstools around the island. Stone top kitchen table and chairs round out the kitchen.

Home is equipped with a central air conditioner, every room in the house has a ceiling fan, and every window has a proper screen. We have central heat but have never needed to use it.

The pool area comes equipped with a large screened lanai and patio area. The patio comes with a large teak sectional and a blackstone with full propane. There is also 3 large lounge chairs by the saltwater pool. Many floaties, pool toys and items included for pool fun. The pool is equipped with a solar heater and the pool stays warm but may not always reach exact desired temperature in the winter due to being solar. Want to smoke your food? A fully loaded Traeger smoker is available to use overlooking the canal. 4 beach chairs and umbrellas also included for your outdoor use.

The 3 bedrooms are spacious and have ceiling fans as mentioned. All beds come standard with bedbug covers to satisfy any level of mom-bug fear and have enough pillows to satisfy the pickiest sleeper. All beds come made with sheets and appropriate comforters. All windows equipped with shades and obviously proper smoke alarms and lighting.

Both bathrooms are equipped with tiled shower surrounds, glass doors, fans for venting out moisture, granite countertops and proper lighting. The primary bathroom also has a tub.

All flooring in this home is tile, no carpet...no pets or smoking has occurred in this home and renters would also have to abide by this. To get into the home you need to go up 4 steps. This can be an obstacle for some health situations but has made it so no flooding has ever occurred, avoiding any mold issues.

There is laundry in the main hallway of the home with newer efficient equipment. Detergent and dryer balls are supplied if you desire to use ours. The units are electric as are all appliances in the home. Nothing in the house runs on gas, should that be of interest.
