Nestled in the heart of Overland Park, this charming split-level duplex offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. Located just minutes from Oak Park Mall, the area’s premier shopping destination, as well as beloved BBQ spots like Joe's Kansas City and Jack Stack, you’ll have plenty to explore nearby. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity to Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Gardens and Shawnee Mission Park, both offering beautiful trails and outdoor activities. Corporate travelers will find easy access to Corporate Woods, and the Overland Park Convention Center is just a short drive away.
With quick access to Highway 69, getting around the Kansas City metro area is a breeze, whether you're heading to the downtown district or exploring the surrounding suburbs.

The basement suite features an additional king-sized bed, providing plenty of sleeping space for family and friends. This cozy setup is perfect for a fun gathering while still offering a touch of seclusion!The vintage Pac-Man arcade machine adds a nostalgic touch, making it a fun way to unwind after a long day. It’s an ideal spot for both relaxation and entertainment!We also provide a pack n play for the little one making this home ideal for families or small groups.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private yard with relaxing views of the surrounding area. Our home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
PARKING: Your townhome is located on the left side of the driveway. Parking on this side can accommodate up to two vehicles for your convenience. Kindly ensure you park only in your designated space, as we are not responsible for any parking violations or towing. No oversized vehicles.
Please note that the indoor fireplace is decorative only, and no fires are allowed inside for safety reasons

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. The garage is off limits.

Located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with unique homes, this area offers a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Guests can enjoy a stroll through the streets, where you’ll find friendly neighbors, kids playing, and people spending time on their front porches. Its central location provides easy access to downtown, Shawnee, Overland Park, and the rest of the metro area—offering a peaceful retreat with the convenience of nearby attractions, whether you're here for business or leisure.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
